They also accept debit, credit and of course cash. I only had to move a one bedroom apartment to a location maybe two miles away. Most of my items were boxed or disassembled prior to their arrival. The movers made sure that my furniture (couches & tables) were wrapped up and secured. They worked very quick and the move only took about 2 hours; there is a 3 hour minimum. All of my furniture made it without a scratch or a ding. The movers were very friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. Super happy with the move!!!

They did have a delay in getting to my house but they didn't leave me in the dark- they let me know what was going on and when to expect them. I requested a lot of help and had a team of 5 men show up to do all the moving and lifting. They did a great job of getting everything out of the house and loaded up, as well as unloaded at my new home. They treated myself and my three daughters with the utmost respect and were a great crew to work with. Their pricing was very fair and there wasn't any "bait and switch" or hidden fees. One of the guys even shared his appreciation of original artwork with my 9 year old daughter- so much so that he offered to purchase one of her paintings from her! Savion supplied boxes and tape needed for my own packing and Temo and his team Avery, Larry, Darrel and Junior took care of fragile mirrors, paintings and tvs and loaded the trucks like Tetris! They did and amazing job, and I had no damages!! The team in NC headed by Anthony took extreme care of emptying the trucks and put everything where I asked them to. *I do not remember the names of the 2 teams headed by Anthony, I am sorry about that, but you were all wonderful! Then, after loading my belongings, they took a lunch break before delivery without communicating that to me, leaving me waiting at the new location with no clear update on timing. Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. During the move, my mattress was handled without proper protection and was dragged, leaving it torn and heavily soiled--damage that was not present beforehand. I reached out to address the issue, but instead of taking accountability or working toward a resolution, I was essentially told to "file a claim." Because of that, I've had to escalate the situation through my bank. Between the delays, lack of communication, and damage to my property, this was a very disappointing experience. They disassembled (and reassembled) my beds and couches with such care. Everything was wrapped well and I never worried about damage. They took their time and were careful not to scratch up the walls. My driveway was tricky and they listened and brought a smaller truck. They packed that truck so well!! The items were placed in their correct areas and everything came in their condition it was before the move (so far, that I've seen). The movers were very friendly and had great communication. My husband did help with some items because he's particular about things but he didn't mind. I'd also like to note for everyone to remember that movers are still people and not machines. In my opinion, this company is dishonest and unprofessional, which made my moving experience profoundly frustrating. Tony presented himself as a hardworking family man, accompanied by his young sons, which made me believe that I was supporting a respectable, small family business. However, the trust I placed in him was misplaced. Despite moving just three blocks, from 8th and Juniper to 5th and Juniper, the experience was a nightmare. The team Tony brought was inexperienced and careless, which resulted in the breakage and damage of belongings worth thousands of dollars. It was not just the monetary loss, but also the sentimental value of these items that added to the distress. Moreover, the team was inefficient and took significantly longer than promised, showing a lack of motivation and professionalism. This inefficiency was frustrating and resulted in additional stress and inconvenience. Adding to the dishonesty, Tony claimed to own two trucks, including one large enough for my entire apartment. However, he showed up with a rented U-Haul truck, which was completely unprepared for the task at hand. In conclusion, I regret choosing CCE Express for my move, and I urge anyone considering this company to rethink their choice. In my opinion, CCE Express, under Tony's management, lacks integrity, professionalism, and basic competence. Tony promised to fix/replace all of the broken/damaged items. The move was August 31st. It is now November 14th and not a single item has been fixed or replaced.
