I can't really speak to value as I only needed to drop off a package that already had a label from my company, they seemed to be trying to recommend cheaper options to the lady in front of me though. They offer all mail services, so you can choose the option that works best for you or that is cheapest. You just have to ask what your other options are. The person behind the desk is pretty knowledgeable and suggests options based on weight and tracking availability for the package. I was thoroughly surprised that he was trying to suggest options.
