However...the rate increases are unconscionable and I am extremely disappointed. I moved my things into a 10X15 unit on 6/16/ 2025 for a fantastic move-in special of $110/month. After 5 months the rate increased to $171/month, a 55.45% increase. I was a little concerned, but knew rates had to increase and figured it was still a fairly good price. Six months later, the price increased again to $271/month!! This amounts to a 59% increase over 6 months, and a whopping 146% increase over the course of 11 months!!! My rating is based solely on pricing practices.

They're not small increases - this latest one is a 17% increase, saying it's to make it "competitive" with market conditions, but that price is now just shy of DOUBLE what they are currently offering the same unit for online. And it's far higher than what other storage places in the area charge for the same size unit - actually higher than what other places charge for much larger units. The storage facility itself is fine (though finding a dolly when you arrive can be hit or miss), but if you opt to use this place, just plan on leaving within a year or two to go somewhere that is significantly less expensive once they jack up your rates.

I had to wash everything, after I got it out of storage. I had to throw out my rugs and bed because of the mice. The bugs lay eggs on my rug and bed. Sometimes I went there I would discover a dead mouse in my unit. I had to always throw them out. If I would have known mice would do something like that and there would be bugs. I wouldn't have put my stuff in there. It is unfair that they close at 10pm. I get off work at 9:30pm and it takes 30 minutes to get up there. By The time I get there. They are close. The only good thing, I can say about that place. It was easy to cancel. Never going back there again.

We signed a paper contract when they dropped off the unit, although I don't really remember signing a contract. But then 3.5 years later, they sent us a digital contract and asked us to sign it. But because I don't remember the paper contract, I refused to sign the digital contract. Even though we were paying every month on time for the last four years, they refused to give us one more month with the unit because we refused to sign the contract. Additionally, after returning the unit, my credit card was charged two months in a row, and I had to call the company to get a refund on my credit card. I would recommend the business because the delivery and pickup of the unit was simple. But everything else involved with renting this unit, I don't recommend.

The last movers I hired, dropped a case of Cooperhawks Wine and never replaced it. I would highly recommend this company, if you are looking for quality service. We actually moved fewer items than originally planned and they took one day less than planned to conduct the move. Based on that, we expected the final invoice would certainly be no more than their estimate. Much to our surprise, Perry sent us an invoice for an additional $1846, which was 17% more than the estimate! For more than two months after the move, we went back and forth on the upcharge with Perry, including with one of their vice presidents, Brad Payne, asking them to explain the rationale for such a large upcharge. We thought they should zero it out given they moved less than originally estimated and took less time than planned. They never really explained why this additional charge was warranted and asked us to pay the full $1846. Incredibly disappointing. We reluctantly paid it, but I strongly recommend avoiding this company. Find someone else with ethical business practices.

One of the movers appeared to be intoxicated during my move. He was an older, shorter Hispanic gentleman, and every time he came near me I could smell alcohol. This made me very uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about professionalism, safety, and whether this contributed to the delays during the move. I was also charged a fuel fee for a move that was only 0.3 miles away, which felt completely unreasonable. On top of that, my final bill nearly doubled from the original estimate. I was charged approximately $350 for packing supplies even though I had already purchased and provided my own tape and wrapping materials and placed them in each room for the movers to use. I even have photos documenting this. When I questioned the charges, I was first told there was a misunderstanding and then told the supplies "weren't seen." Despite me clearly communicating that my own supplies were available, the movers chose to use company materials anyway. While I understand charges for sofa covers and a TV box, one of my smaller TVs had already been wrapped and I specifically stated it did not need to be boxed. They proceeded anyway and charged me for it. The most upsetting part was feeling pressured to pay the full amount before my belongings would be unloaded. After reviewing everything afterward, I truly do not believe the charges were fair or transparent. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve this professionally before posting this review, but the lack of communication and accountability has been frustrating. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and fair pricing -- unfortunately, that was not my experience.
