When I asked them to give me the unit I had a reservation for, they completely ignored me and tried to send me to a different location miles away. The staff on-site was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a district manager to resolve the lie, they refused to help. To make matters worse, it took 3 days just to get my refund back. They lure you in with fake prices, take your money, and then leave you stranded with your belongings and no unit. Our realtor recommended Two Girlz. They came in and helped her sort through things to keep, donate and move. In addition, they sorted out things being separately moved to a different address. They came in the day before the move to do some final checking and the day of the move to coordinate with the movers. They refuse to sign a contract that makes them liable for anything they break. They only deal in cash and the owner is some sketchy Russian guy. Thankfully my cousin didn't have any fragile things to move, only boxes. They threw the boxes in the back of the truck too. Find another company unless you want to have your stuff broken. Also the fact that they only deal in cash is suspect. They seem to use vulnerable young foreign immigrants to do the work and then probably under pay them and avoid reporting some of the income to the IRS. Never use these guys!
