Much better than one on Dundee. They are always helpful and care about customers. Unfortunately they are not the closest to me

No lines. No wait time. Great customer service. So easy and relaxing to do any business at the location. Whether it is printing, faxing or returning items. I appreciate the attention to details and the quickness of the customer service that is provided. It is worth your time to do business at this Waukegan location! read more

How quickly can you drop off a package here? It took me longer to cross the street and maneuver down the sidewalk than to return my merch. Super fast. The only downside is that the store is on Deerpath thus street parking only. There was some event happening which accounted for the traffic. Fast service. Nice! read more

Oh my goodness! This is my first time at this location as I had a package to drop off. This little area is so charming. It's in the downtown area of Lake Forest and I absolutely love it. I was taken care of immediately and the staff working here was so nice and pleasant. They close at 630pm so I know it's pretty close to closing time but the fact that I wasn't greeted by mean, grumpy, ready to leave employees made me smile big time. Should I have any other UPS needs, I will definitely come back here! read more

The UPS Store - A little exterior shot - Shipping Centers Near Me - Lake Forest, Illinois

so sad, after years of doing business here personally and with my business I have to recommend no one go here if you want to be treated like a customer. For the first time , I was told I could not send a product back they way I actually have before, as recent as two weeks ago. To really add to it was the passive aggressive tone that I treated with. Even as I was leaving the store it continued. What is funny is all that I did was leave and go to the Vernon Hills store who took my package with no issues. read more

Very helpful Easy to get to & parking right in front Lady who works there pleasant & helpful read more

On a cold winter day, I came here to return within five minutes my AT&T internet router. The friendly and customer-oriented UPS associate opened the store on time. It was easy to park on the street. read more

Just the besssssttt!! We love this UPS and look forward to our a little UPS runs with the coffee shop next-door, all the time! They were so nice careful and safe during the pandemic as well. read more

This location is convenient and easy. You can drop off UPS and USPS packages. I believe they also take pre marked FedEx as well, but don't quote me. Anything with a label you can just drop off. Check out is easy if you don't -- they keep your info in file to make the process go quicker. They'll even package things for shipping for you but be prepared to pay. We've also used their fax machine in a pinch. Yes. Some places still want a fax. (Crazy, right???) This is just a good location and service! read more

This guys are so great! Every time I go in they always are super helpful and at times I have needed a shipping label printed, always save me the hassle of running home. There is a location closer to my house but will never go anywhere else because their service is top-notch. read more

These folks are the absolute best. After dropping off a box with them for shipping, which contained a rather expensive bicycle, the owner Bear called. He said he wasn't 100% satisfied with my boxing job, and wanted to know if it was ok for them to take the bike to a local bike shop and have it re-boxed professionally, all at the UPS Store's expense. That's what I call customer service. Other retailers probably would have just let it go as-is and hoped for the best. I've done a lot of business with the Lake Forest UPS Store over the years, and they have never failed to impress with their service and dependability. read more

Stopped in today to print off some important documents for my son. The guys helped me email the zip file over and were able to print every document I needed ! Great customer service, all three had great attitude also. Just randomly stopped at this one, I'm glad I did. Thanks everyone ! read more

I was in the store today making a drop off when some man, most likely a friend of a worker or previous customer, was loitering in the store. The man asked me what my tattoo said and when I politely said "Eh, don't worry about it" he proceeded to continually verbally accost me. Stating crazy weird things like "I am gonna worry about it, what does it say?" After every time I said leave it alone he continued to harass me. He must have been drunk. Even more insane than this experience was the fact that the two men (workers) behind the counter were standing there like a deer in headlights, completely dumbfounded. They never intervened. Never did they tell this guy to cool it, or back off of their customer. It was a sick display of stupidity on all fronts. The workers in this store should take a lesson on respect and so should their friend that they allowed to treat me that way. Disgusting. read more

This store always helps me out with whatever ridiculous task I ask of them. From drop off Amazon packages to random unexplained large printouts of my friends the folks at this store are professional and more than happy to oblige. There's a reason why I have continued to come to this store since the day it opened; professional help, speedy service, and more than reasonable prices. Thank you all and I look forward to doing business with you again in the future! read more

This is the most customer service oriented business in Lake Forest - Lake Bluff. The counter clerk was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and kind. I was very impressed. read more

There's a reason for all the 5 star reviews - this UPS store is incredible. The main guy, Bear, is SO focused on the logistics of shipping&freight that it almost seems as though you are shipping his personal items! I needed an antique chest (200 yrs old) and a painting (worth 20K) shippped from IL to CA and he went through all the various ways, though about it for a day or two, and then came back with the best, safest and cost-effective route. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this - he is the best!! Saved me so much money too. Just awesome all around! read more

Visiting this area from CA. Needed to return some merchandise with UPS return label to the seller. Didn't have access to a printer, cellphone misbehaving and couldn't access my email account. But here at the store, they went above and beyond to help me get it done. I'd give an A+ for their patience! Excellent service! I'm impressed and grateful. read more

These guys are great. I go here alot for printing, and they always assist me, make sure the job is done right and are very friendly and helpful each time I visit. A pleasure to work with...and such a nice convenience for printing on the fly right in town. read more

This place is phenomenal. Super friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service. Example: walked in today looking for a box of a certain size to send an item via post office ( had a prepaid usps label). Not only did they sell the perfect sized box, but proceeded to box the item and put the label on for me and then said they would give it to their mail carrier, reminding me that it was April 15th and that I didn't want to get anywhere near the post office on that date. This is only one of several excellent experiences I have had there. read more

I received exceptional service from Bob last Friday. He was polite, helpful and accommodating as he helped me with enlarging and copying images. He was also helpful with a shipment. I've been in this store a few times. Everyone is always top notch. read more

Some months back, I had the UPS Store ship some of my possessions to Denver. In the process, a marble coffee table top was broken. They were very apologetic and helpful in correcting the problem. The owner (Bear) not only paid for a replacement top, he covered the full cost of sending everything else to Denver. I could not have asked for a more generous and timely handling of the problem. read more

I visited this store last Saturday morning to ship a defective laptop back to the company. I was out of packing tape and wasn't exactly sure how to properly package/tape the item since the company was very picky on how they wanted the packaging done. Jason was a great help. He offered to tape my UPS label AND tape my box closed. I also had a form that I needed to complete and place in the box and Jason gladly made me a copy. I highly recommend this UPS store and will use it for all my future UPS needs. Bob T from Lake Bluiff read more

Gustavo and Bob are the best. They've helped me out multiple times and always provide the best service.

So helpful, nice, great service. I've shipped a lot with them and everything always arrives quickly and impeccably packed. Highly recommend!

We went here to buy luggage tags - even though they didn't have any, Bob said he could make some with the laminator. Which he did! he ensured that we had a way to secure these to the suitcase. He saved the day! Bob exceeded our expectations. read more
