The team there is so welcoming they are always pleasant to work with and willing to help me with all my packaging

Easy to find and right in the heart of shopping centers. I felt like I was in Santa's workshop with how adorable the decorations were. There were a few people in line, but I waited not even 30 seconds. The cashier was nice, helpful, and quick. My interaction at the counter was faster than me looking around the cute shop. I highly recommend the Shipping Point to anyone looking to do their shipping and whatnot business here. read more

Amazing people to do work with . I travel and pass up a lot of places that I can do the same business with and I prefer to go to them. The location they use to be in is doing the same business and I pass them by to get to their new location. Happy customer read more

I have had no problems whatsoever with this business, they are kind , friendly and go out of their way to help. I have brought in several very expensive lithographs that I have sold to customers off of eBay, for them to ship out for me, they go out of their way to make sure that they are packed properly and carefully, I have nothing but good comments about the packing of these prints to several of my buyers. Thank you again, I will be a loyal customer always. Joan Hoel (print lady) read more

Always great service and honest people. They will help you package your products and use the most efficient methods if possible. The value is worth the trip in instead of driving around to different places to ship as they ship through all major services (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc). I have always just requested the basic shipping services and the service has always been top notch and everyone is always so polite and professional. read more

Shipping Point - Instructions how to ship back a Amazon item as they don't take QR codes. - Shipping Centers Near Me - Gurnee, Illinois

I want to mention what a great customer service experience I had at the Shipping Point in Gurnee on Tuesday. I walked in with my packages to ship and was waited on by a gentleman name Jim. He looked at my large box that was packed by my boss and said, "This will cost a small fortune to ship." He then asked if he could open it, I knew it was Halloween presents for her grandchildren, so I said sure. Jim went the extra mile and repacked everything and saved me more than $120.00. It was very nice to see someone going the extra mile to help me. As a result, I will always be returning to Shipping Point in Gurnee for all my shipping and printing needs! read more

Thank you! I dropped off a large, fragile gift for careful packaging and shipping. On time and arrived in perfect condition.

Exceptional Quality Service!! I prefer to do business locally and always leave the store with a smile!

Staff was patient kind and courteous!! Very reasonable pricing too. Convenient location.

My family and I have been Shipping Point customers for almost ten years. The thing about Shipping Point: Jim, Lauren, Nick, Stella, all the new ones- they actually care about their customers. This results not only in superlative customer service, but in good shipping practices. I recently watched- yes, watched- as the Shipping Point team prepared for shipping and transport a rather large, valuable painting. They were meticulous in measurement, packing, all the other actions. They handled the painting reverently. But the Shipping Point team will handle your Aunt Martha's crocheted afghan just as carefully, just as meticulously, as that fragile painting. I don't even bother packing my own things for shipping, anymore. Shipping Point is the best at that, and at a reasonable price. Shipping Point also does printing. I do all my business cards there. I have done posters, family portraits, booklets, calendars. They do it all. Not sure what you want printed? The Shipping Point creative staff will have you imagining great possibilities. There are private mailboxes on the premises. They vary in size. Pick-up is available 24/7 for mail, and packages in larger mailboxes. This is particularly nice in the era of the porch pirate. You know your packages will be safe and nobody will steal them. It's your best bet in Lake or Kenosha County for all your mail, shipping, or printing needs. And look over the cute and funny greeting cards- you'll get a chuckle. read more

I highly recommend the shipping point! I am trying to return a large Christmas item and the shipping point offered to alter my box at no additional charge to reduce my shipping costs by 25$. The employees are always so kind. I'll be driving here instead of the post office from now on. read more

Rarely if ever do I need a shipping / printing service, the Shipping Point in Gurnee il came through in my moment of disparity. I was trying to put together a collage for my sisters funeral and I had no pictures available. But I had some on my phone. I found Shipping Point on google and called them and Jim (the owner) answers and says "No problem, email them and you can pick them up within the hour." read more

Absolutely love this place. The people who work here are so helpful and patient. They work with you to get things packaged correctly and never make you feel like you're putting them out. I've been coming here consistently for three years and have never had a bad experience. Recently learned that they take passport photos for $9 (much cheaper than other places) and had the prints in my hand in less than five minutes (MUCH quicker than other places). They do offer a military discount as well. Absolutely recommend the Shipping Point. read more

everyone working here is great! Wonderful customer service, friendly people. They get the job done so fast too! I've gone here to print things often and every time they get it done just in time. They call when it's ready to be picked up and it looks amazing every time! The quality is always great and the prices are not bad either read more

Do I like going to the post office, UPS store or FedEx store? No. The employees always seem grouchy and I always feel unprepared and on the spot. And I always forget something...like bubble wrap, the box, tape, a pen, whatever... I had 2 prepaid shipping labels for UPS and FedEx items that needed to be shipped, along with my 3 year old in the car for the ride he didn't want to be on. I googled the locations of the nearest offices and they weren't close. With a displeased toddler in tow, I searched for UPS shipping locations again and saw the Shipping Point. I took a chance, assuming I'd have to pay an arm and a leg for a box and supplies. When we walked in we were greeted with the friendliest hello. I explained what I needed while my kid found their kid's nook. To my surprise, for the gentleman to pack my items correctly (I'd fail at this, I'm sure), cost an additional $1.25. What a deal. Aside from their overuse of the papyrus font throughout the store, this place is great and it's where I'll go to ship almost everything going forward. read more

Great friendly service that provides all the needs: fax, notary, printing, and others! Support this place!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about the Shipping Point- I manage a business up the road, and we use them for all kinds of things. Their customer service is above and beyond- they regularly go WAY out of their way to help us out. They even send an employee here daily to pick up all outgoing mail so we don't have to drop it off ourselves! Even MORE impressive is the extra services they have added, to print photos, banners, etc. They have been a LIFE SAVER on many occasions when we've needed a ton of flyers or a sign at the last minute. They even worked tirelessly on a huge project we did for an Arts Festival at the local high school, a four foot tall "American Gothic" with the faces cut out so students could take pictures in it. It was a super huge task, they cut and mounted multiple pieces of cardboard together to create a TRUE work of ART- it was so impressive, there was a picture of it in the local paper detailing the event! If you need to ship something, print something, or just want to know if something can be done- choose to go here- you will be a customer for life! read more
