They make no reference to West Elm, use vague product descriptions for the items in my order and so I initially thought it was a scam. This further delayed my even being able to schedule my order. Two days later, they give me a time window which just so happens to be the only two hours of the day my partner and I both won't be home. Instead of 12:30-2:30, I request they arrive at 2:45 or after so my partner will be home. They say "do you want us to just leave the items on the porch? We can request a different time, but no guarantees, what about rescheduling to next week?" So I say it's okay if it can't be accommodated, they can also just leave it on the porch, but I'd appreciate them requesting a different time. They respond and say again and I quote "we can request it but no guarantees." So I respond confused asking if they can request it or not? Then someone else replies and says not only can they not request a different time because it's "too late," (I requested a different time the moment they provided a time window) and they can't leave the items on the porch. I responded again in frustration and have not heard back. Garbage customer service and conflicting answers and poor communication all around. I'll never order something that requires I use this logistics company for delivery ever again

If only I could leave a zero star review…read more I purchased expensive furniture from a company and had no choice but to use their delivery partner, which is Fidelitone. When my furniture was ready, I received an email to schedule my delivery. Hilariously, I was only able to choose one day. I went through the entire calendar year to see if it was a fluke but no, just that one day. So I moved all of my meetings and used a day of PTO to receive my delivery. The evening before my delivery, I get a text letting me know my delivery window is 5-9 pm. Insane. I have never in my life had a delivery window so late. I also unfortunately had a super important event that night. Remember, I had no choice but to choose this date. So I call the number given to see if there's any way to get an earlier delivery window. Over 6 calls by me and 2 by my husband over the next day and a half. I keep getting the runaround. I'll get told I'm being transferred to a manager only for the person I to whom I'm transfered is not a manager and takes down my number for a call back that I never receive. Finally, after this happening numerous times, I finally get transferred to a customer escalation manager. Please understand that I am being kind and not raising my voice or anything during this whole time. I make sure to let them know that I'm frustrated with the company as a whole, not with the individual customer service representatives. The last person I talked to informs me that I can reschedule, but I have to pull my delivery from the schedule to be able to see what my options are. She estimates that it'll be a few weeks out before I can even schedule a new delivery. And that I cannot ask for a particular time window. At this point it's also too late for them to actually request a change even though I had been calling since the moment I got the text message with my insane delivery window. I should also note that this last representative also informed me that the warehouse that had my furniture has no phone number and the only way they can contact them is via email. I don't know what kind of company this is, but that is absolutely insane logistics. All of this could have been prevented if their scheduling service was at least somewhat competent, if their customer service Representatives had any training, and if you could choose a preferred window. Awful company. In the future I will be asking companies who they use for their third-party delivery service and I absolutely will not be purchasing anything that uses fidelitone.
