There was a reasonable turnaround time wise, and they returned the parts that they replaced. Their parts and labor prices and are extremely reasonable. I felt like family. It's really nice to find someone especially a small business who does business like my dad used to. It's very reassuring to know I have someone to call on when I can't do it myself. When I first spoke to Juan, I told him what my problem was. He gave me a guesstimate over the phone. We arrange to have him come and pick it up. He looked it over and check it out. Called me back with the prices. We agreed and a couple of days later my machine was back. The gentleman that picked it up and dropped it off was extremely kind and I didn't have any fear of letting it go, through the whole thing I felt like I was in good hands.
