Juan was a pleasure to deal with. The fact that they were able to help pick up and return the machine was phenomenal. My 30 year old Snowblower had a gas leak and I was worried about finding someone who was trustworthy. You guys didn't disappoint. There was a reasonable turnaround time wise, and they returned the parts that they replaced. Their parts and labor prices and are extremely reasonable. I felt like family. It's really nice to find someone especially a small business who does business like my dad used to. It's very reassuring to know I have someone to call on when I can't do it myself. When I first spoke to Juan, I told him what my problem was. He gave me a guesstimate over the phone. We arrange to have him come and pick it up. He looked it over and check it out. Called me back with the prices. We agreed and a couple of days later my machine was back. The gentleman that picked it up and dropped it off was extremely kind and I didn't have any fear of letting it go, through the whole thing I felt like I was in good hands. We had 2 snowblowers that wouldn't start, one of which hadn't started in a few years. Thankfully JC's picked up. They arrived promptly when they said they would and just dropped them off, again exactly on time. Both blowers got a good cleanout and are now working perfectly with the older one looking almost new. I brought a snow blower that wouldn't start right before we got 12" of snow. Juan was awesome - he got the snowblower fixed and back to me in less than one business day. He also took the time to show me how to properly start the machine. The price was reasonable, for a tune-up and replacement of the carburetor. I will definitely take my lawn mower or snowblower back to Juan for repair. The location can be a little tough to fine - turn on Harvester, and go all the way to the back! Lawnmower self propel stopped working and following week wouldn't start. Juan came and picked it up day I phoned him, and then we didn't hear anything for about 10 days, which was a little worrysome. But then he phoned ready to drop off in 15 mins, all fixed. $125 for self propel fixed, full tune up including blade sharpening. So it's running sweetly now, and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again based on this experience. I hope he will phone you if fix gets expensive, but other than that it was great. Loved that he will come and pick up and drop off. read more

Reasonably Priced and Fast Dependable Work! My husband went out to use our snowblower on Sat 2/13/21 and he came back in about 15 mins later and said the machine would not start and it was probably the starter. We were kind of in a panic because even the the snow was not that bad at the moment, we knew in 48 hours or so we were going to get dumped on. We called JC's close to their closing time and Juan came and picked up our snowblower within about an hour. Juan said that he would check it on Monday morning (the day of the big snow), and let us know what could be done. Monday morning at 10:30am, Juan called to let us know it was the starter and it needed a tune-up. The price to fix everything was very reasonable and by 12:30pm we had our snowblower back and working perfectly. Bring the snow on! Thank you JC's and Juan. You really came through for us. read more

This repair shop is the best. My snowblower broke a few days before a storm ( which ended up dumping 6 inches). Juan picked up the blower the same day I called and delivered back four days later on a Sunday! Great price, great work, great service. I highly recommend JC. read more

My snowblower wouldn't start for the second consecutive season. The last repair shop I brought it to closed down so I found JC's. I dropped it off on Saturday and expected to hear back on Monday since the shop is closed on Sunday. Turns out the owner came into work on his day off to catch up on a few snowblowers they hadn't yet repaired because "a storm was coming and people need their snowblowers." He also took the time to guide me on how to properly store the blower to avoid this frustration next season. Authentic decency, compassion, and craftsmanship. I had my lawnmower repaired by this company and they charged me a reasonable price $300.00. It's a ride mower, so it's cheaper than replacing it. However, the day they delivered it the belt fell off and this was going to be the last cut of the season, so I agreed to store it and he would, in spring, replace the belt. He came in the spring, replaced the belt which again, fell off. I called and he refuses to fix the original problem from last year! I had to pay someone else to fix it and now I am out $375. I was going to sue him, but I'm disabled and can't be running to small claims, so my choice was to warn others of this shop. Find somewhere else. I forgot to mention that when he return the mower to me , he tried to charge me for a tune-up and blade sharpening after it sat in my garage over the winter. How the blades could have dulled while stationary is beyond me. I'm upset that someone would try to take advantage of a disabled person. Life's too,short..find a reputable place of business and steer clear of this guy and his company. I hope stealing from me was worth it. read more
