The two guys who showed up were friendly and polite. They didn't waste my time or try to sell me on an expensive repair job. They just told me it would be cheaper to replace the dryer than fix it and oh, by the way, to stay away from that brand that the home's previous occupant loved so much. Furthermore, the service call fee initially quoted over the phone differed from the amount Mike demanded upon completing the repair. Were it not for our urgent need for repairs, we would have promptly requested their departure.I reached out to the company afterward, and they indicated they had never received such feedback previously. Clearly, as evident from other reviews, this is not an isolated incident.

B & W is a small father and son business, the type of business I like to deal with.I called and spoke to Bobby who was friendly receptive professional and very knowledgeable.I explain the situation and he explained the possible fixes with range of the cost. Bobby arrived at the promised time and went to work, immediately found the issue being the thermostat. Bobby had the part replaced and the Machine running properly in about 20 minute at a fairly priced repair.I highly recommend B&W to anyone looking to have their washing machine or dryer repaired. Recently had Magic Repair to my home. In need of a repair…read morefor the lock on my Kitchen Aid double oven. Unfortunately, the repair part was no longer available, so the problem could not be fixed. However, the lights in the double ovens would not go off so I asked the tech to please disconnect. His reply was,the only way to shut off the interior lights was to shut off at the circuit breaker...wrong! I had a handyman over & it took him less than 10 minutes to disconnect the lights.
