Since it was an older oven 20+ years, and a plan to replace in next 5 years I just had them bypass the ignition for manual lighting. Omar was responsive and had good availability when scheduling. He arrived when he said he would -around 11am on a Saturday. Thought the pricing was reasonable. And they left everything clean. Omar said he does all appliances - so I'll definitely call him next time whenever something needs repair.

Cannot say enough about nick and the business that he runs. Was a pleasure to work with him diagnosing the issue (he took a look at the photo l, asked me to retrieve the model number on the stove/griddle and saved me that absurd 210 fee) - gave me variable pricing between generic and OEM parts, and was quick to schedule service rather than having a lead time of weeks out like the other companies were requesting.
