Then I spoke to some rude girl in their office who was totally unhelpful. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor, she told me it would be delivered Friday between 10-1. It's currently 2:40 on Friday and nothing yet. I called Estes and after being on hold for 10 minutes the girl tells me she has no idea why it didn't go out on the truck today?? We have a company hired to put this together and install it tomorrow. I paid $75 to have this shipped and all I've had is unneeded, unpaid days off and a lot of problems! I am so disappointed in HD and Estes! This is ridiculous and horrible costumer service! At 2:45 a supervisor got on the phone and told me "nothing I can do! Call back Monday!"

Really disappointed with the UPS drivers dispatched out of this location. I had a package that I…read moredid not need to sign for that was going to be delivered today and live in a secure condo complex with a security camera at the foyer. Instead of having my package delivered, I received a notification that the UPS driver decided not to deliver my package ("attempted delivery") because there was "no secure location" to drop packages. In my experience, this is clear BS: I have seen UPS packages left in the foyer previously so it is clearly negligence or laziness and not any regard for the packages' safety. My next step was to call the UPS customer care line. It took me fifteen minutes to reach an actual human; said actual human was extremely dismissive and rude, and unhelpful. At times, it felt like she was actively trying to hide information from me: she kept mentioning that my packages would be available for pickup here, but never mentioned the address or even city of this pickup center. When I asked about the address, the lady on the line scoffed and acted as if I should just know these things. I tried to reschedule pickup here and was told that I would receive a call when the packages were ready for pickup. No such call came. Since I live very far from Northbrook and needed my packages ASAP, I had to pay $14 to have these packages rerouted to my local UPS store. Let's hope they actually show up. The icing on the cake: they never even left a "sorry we missed you" notice. Like, are you kidding me?

There was a reasonable turnaround time wise, and they returned the parts that they replaced. Their parts and labor prices and are extremely reasonable. I felt like family. It's really nice to find someone especially a small business who does business like my dad used to. It's very reassuring to know I have someone to call on when I can't do it myself. When I first spoke to Juan, I told him what my problem was. He gave me a guesstimate over the phone. We arrange to have him come and pick it up. He looked it over and check it out. Called me back with the prices. We agreed and a couple of days later my machine was back. The gentleman that picked it up and dropped it off was extremely kind and I didn't have any fear of letting it go, through the whole thing I felt like I was in good hands. While I am currently waiting to hear back via email from this company, I have just learned from my personal lawyer that these two apostilles (certify criminal background document and then a Social Security ) stated they CAN NOT BE USED because they were issued from the COUNTRY of SWEDEN, NOT the USA. The company was aware that these two documents were for the country of Portugal and evidently people who live in the United States cannot have United States documents from a different country!!!!!! OMG NIGHTMARE I BET IS JUST GAVE $380 and my Social Security number to a thief!!! I am waiting for the company to email back and I will change this review if they rectify the situation. I also want everyone to be aware that all of the reviews are from July 2025 something is wrong with this company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
