They confirmed with their moisture sensor what we already suspected - that the carpet had dried out already, but was continuing to harbor mold, so we needed to finish ripping it out, which we had started ourselves. They recommended a cleaning product, and since we were already doing the work ourselves, waived the inspection fee and went on to their next customer. I wouldn't hesitate to call them back if we have any remediation needs in the future.

I have been to this location multiple times, only checked in once. There only seems to be one worker here at a time. They are always friendly and eager to help. I would say that they are cheaper than Fedex Office (in the strip mall across aspen). Despite the interior, I recommend this place. The technology seems outdated but it works! And they have all of the last minute shipping supplies you'll ever need. This place could use a facelift then it'd be 5 stars. At least in my opinion
