He gave me some troubleshooting pointers to try on my own first to see if it resolves the issue. FYI - Those pointers were spot on and my issue was resolved. For those other issues, faucet replacements, valve cartridge replacement, overflow flow repair, and hot water heater expansion tank replacement, he provided an overview of the issues, upfront cost for parts and labor. His prices were extremely competitive and his hours are flexible! The work was done so quickly and issues are now resolved. Pete is extremely professional, honest, and personable. He was very knowledgeable , did great work, and was clean. He even replaced the second sump pump since he was here and I asked him to since it was 26 years old and I'd rather preemptively replace it than have it go out on a rainy day. He even replaced the bent and leaking pipe. The work was clean, he cleaned up immaculately after himself. Overall, I'd hire again and recommend him.
