When I went to the side there was no one there; when this red headed guy with a beard Robin told me to stand in front there were 3 people in line, 2 of which had about 20 packages. I have had issues with him before. The manager needs to train Robin in customer service. I was so upset I went to the fed ex center on Academy. While at that center asked the person at the counter if he knew managers name there. A woman exiting turned around and send she just came from the fed ex where she had an issue with Robin. Avoid Robin was if possible.

Their technicians never seem to have problems with artwork in a myriad of file formats (sometimes our clients send us Word docs, Power Point slides, really uncommon formats, or files from old versions of design software), or missing fonts.
