The employees here are the most professional, and kindest, and most helpful people I've ever experienced. I cannot say enough good things about this UPS store and it's employees! 10 STARS! read more

This was my second time at this store, and on both occasions I had the exact same experience. I was following the return instructions exactly as written on line: no box or label needed. Both times, the employee told me that was incorrect and made me feel as though I had done something wrong or hadn't followed the instructions. I left feeling talked down to rather than helped. I hope the staff can recognize that customers are simply following the return instructions they've been given and treat them respectfully rather than correcting or scolding them for doing so. Next time I bring something in with the exact same return instructions it'll be interesting to see how they respond Update. 9/30 Thank u ups for your response. The employee or owner knows who they are and the specific interaction as I posted hours after. Up to ups to have a team meeting 9/29 was the visit. The person had little or no hair glasses. Same person both times read more

I love this store! And what makes the store so above and beyond is the staff that works there. They are all friendly, personable, and I am always greeted by a smile. Everyone is very efficient and knows what they are doing and gets things done quickly. On my last interaction with Jim, he was very resourceful and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that my package was taken care of appropriately. Cannot say enough good things about this location, TY read more

Convenient location. Exceptional service! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff! Affordable mailbox service.

Here's what you need to know: always great service here, especially by Michael. They are so helpful with drop offs and other packaging services. Decent hours for the store, and very convenient location. They provide notary services and shredding services too. Overall, I highly recommend this location for the service alone. I'd I forget to tape up my box, they always just do that for me and charge nothing. Parking is a little right so be prepared to find street parking. Pricing is a little cheaper than FedEx but more than UPS. But that's not store specific, it's just the business model of the corporations. I do wish they offered pickup services and Highland Park residents didn't have to drive to south Northbook for packages. read more

I ship regularly and visit this location a few times a week. I have always found this team to be incredibly helpful. My go-to guys have always been Don and Marvin. Don even came out to help me carry boxes inside without me asking. I hope the owner of this location knows what a great team he has. read more

I love UPS they make it all so easy. I highly recommend going to the Highland Park location over the Deerfield location! Chris is really good at what he does and it's always a great experience here The Deerfield location however is a total mess - they don't seem to know what they're doing. If you want your packages shipped properly , go to UPS in HP read more

I run a small nonprofit and we kept a PO Box there for some time. A couple years went by after we closed it, and I got a call from them letting me know that some mail had arrived, and it looked like checks. We live on donations so this was very important. Kudos to the people at this store..!! read more

This is without a doubt the most professional, and friendly printing, faxing etc company that I have ever been in. Actually, I look forward to it when I need to go there. They are never to busy to help you and always with a smile on their face. I highly recommend that anyone reading this should try the UPS Store in Highland Park, you will be very pleased that you did. Thanks again for all of your kindness Bob Goldsmith read more

Had a great experience here the other day-- had loads of things to ship and lots of them were fragile or valuable family heirlooms. Stopped in and the guy at the counter said that they'd find the most economic way to ship them. Called back the same day, took a credit card over the phone, and emailed me the receipt with tracking numbers. Refreshingly fast service! read more

This is the closest UPS store to me. My experience with them is purely shipping. I have dropped off some packages that were prepaid and had to pay shipping a for a few others. They have a convenient small parking lot. It's a bit wonky to get out of. The customer service has been ok sometimes and great others. I have never had to wait very long. I do think the shipping is a bit crazy price wise, but I feel better about them in terms of reliability then another option. Overall, glad they are local. They do their job. read more

Would like to commend Genevieve at the UPS Store #1714 for outstanding customer service and packaging expertise. On Saturday 24 November I arrived at the store shortly before closing time (Apologies Genevieve, I didn't know) carrying a delicate glass figurine I was planning to carry on an airplane. I requested the item be packaged as such. The store was busy and, other normal business circumstances, packing would have been completed by Monday. Explaining my travel schedule, Genevieve made an outstanding effort to complete the packaging while I waited (fantastic service) and performed a very professional job packaging the delicate item (outstanding expertise). The package made the trip safely and undamaged. Thank you Genevieve, you represent The UPS Store very well. read more

The staff is always helpful but most importantly to me, patient. I'm old & not always the sharpest tool in the shed. Never have I been made to feel stupid for not knowing exactly what needs to be done. Very much appreciated read more

Had mail sent to this location and when I called to verify the store employee told me "it was lost". The store employee had said they gave it to someone on accident and they were calling all customers to see if anyone had it. They did end up finding it but that was a pretty big mistake, hopefully this was just a one time occurrence. read more

I've had no issues here. They do their job, they goof off sometimes but never at the sacrifice of the customers time. I'll be back if i ever need something in regards to UPS read more

Amazing experience at this particular UPS store earlier today. Was having trouble with an online bike rack company. Item needed to be returned despite its incredible size and weight. The young man and woman there were incredibly helpful. They went beyond what I thought they would do. They took the bike rack apart, packed it and then patiently held on to it while I negotiated the return between the manufacturer and the online company. Simply astounding service. Thank you. read more
