George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. This experience with George / Astera is so positive that I'm posting my review even before the service is completed. They will email and text you to confirm your appointment. On the day of your appointment, they will also send you a photo of the technician that will be over. Adam, the technician, was very friendly, knowledgeable, respectful and on time. I told him what happened and he explained what he would need to do to get the chalk out from the pipes. I also scheduled them to clean my AC as well. After Adam finished using the hose from the backyard, everything was neatly put back the way it was. He didn't leave anything out or left a mess.
