If I could give zero stars I would! On July 21, 2026 we placed an order with TCI Logistics to transport a vehicle we needed to ship from IL to TX. Our request was to pick the car up either August 16, 2026 or August 17, 2026 as the vehicle absolutely had to arrive in TX on August 18, 2026. Dave Pan, the TCI Logistics dispatcher communicated through text message starting around July 13, and continuing over many days assuring they would be able to accommodate our requirements. I received the first call from the transport company on Friday August 14, 2026 stating they had our order and would pick up between 9AM and 12PM on Monday August 17, which would arrive in TX on August 19. While that was not what we agreed upon we messaged Dave Pan to try to get this resolved. Dave did not respond to messages. On Monday, August 17 I received a call from the transport company at 11:59am telling me their truck had broken down and they needed to pick the car up on August 18. After calling Dave Pan at TCI Logistics via phone and having some heated discussions with him at around 12:10pm on August 17 we asked Dave to cancel our pickup request because what they proposed was not what they promised and did not work for us. At that time, we specifically asked Dave to cancel our order and to immediately refund our $150 deposit. As of August 25, we have not received that refund. We called TCI Logistics on August 25 and asked to speak with a manager. We were able to reach the president of TCI, Kalob Antov by phone. He stated to us that he was not going to refund the deposit because we did not cancel. We definitely did request a refund on August 17, 2026 and we have text messages to prove this. Kalob was very rude and used every cuss word in the book blaming us that we did not cancel. I am not sure how anyone can run a business this way and talk to customers they way he did. We ended up having to drive the car to TX so we could get it to the destination on time read more

I used TCI logistics 20 plus times and never had any issue or problems Until my most recent. They shipped a ramcharger for me from NJ to CA and punchered a right front tire and then hooked the grill and bent it beyond repair and very obvious. They took pictures of the whole truck upon picking it up and clearly showing No damage of grill or torn sidewall of tire . But apon receiving it was clearly wrecked. Calling management and reporting this with their own pictures and dening it blaming it on the company they hired not me. Both parties saying either should pay for it but neither doing so!! Sadly they lost a Great Return Customer. Sadly that they aren't professional enough to admit there responsibility of a shipper when things go wrong. I SUGGEST YOU FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER OTHER THAN TCI LOGISTICS BECAUSE WHEN THEY DAMAGE YOUR PRODUCT THEY ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!! STAY AWAY FROM TCI LOGISTICS!!!!! read more

I sold my Lamborghini to a dealer in Loveland, Colorado and the dealer made arrangement for the enclosed carrier to pickup my car. The truck was right on time and the driver text me when he was 30 minutes out. My car was delivered in 3 days. Awesome experience. Tldr: Avoid TCI Logistics at All Costs - Unprofessional, Negligent, and Dishonest. Avoid Daniel at West Coast Auto Transport in Framingham, doesn't know how to drive manual and will threaten you and scream at you vilely. Absolutely AWFULl experience with TCI Logistics. They disappear once they get their fee, refuse to take responsibility for damage, and let unprofessional drivers handle your vehicle. At first, their service seemed promising--quick responses, good communication--but that all changed once I paid. My nightmare began when I was put in contact with the driver transporting my car from MA to FL. While loading my car onto the truck, the driver completely burned out my clutch--not once, but twice. The first time, I noticed a strong burning smell, which was already concerning. But on his second attempt, heavy smoke poured into the car's interior. When I confronted him, he casually dismissed it, claiming the car was fine. I immediately messaged my agent, who downplayed the issue, saying he'd arrange a backup driver but also claimed that a "smoking clutch is fine." Anyone with even basic car knowledge knows that's absolutely false--a burned clutch is serious damage, costing thousands to replace. I demanded to inspect the car and requested insurance details, but the agent started ghosting me. On the day of delivery, I told the driver I needed a test drive before handing over payment. He SNAPPED, screaming at me, cursing, and outright refusing to release the car unless I paid. He even threatened to impound my car and post videos of me online. Meanwhile, TCI Logistics ignored my calls, their once "responsive" customer service now completely non-existent. When the driver finally arrived, he became even more aggressive, threatening and filming me, while the acting manager, who was on speakerphone the entire time, did nothing to address the situation or hold the driver accountable. I was left with no choice but to pay, without even knowing if my car was drivable. After this disaster, I repeatedly asked for their insurance details, but John at TCI continued ghosting me. When he finally responded A WEEK LATER, he sent a cryptic, unhelpful document with no instructions--along with the words "have fun"--as if mocking me. This company is beyond unprofessional. They'll take your money, let reckless drivers damage your car, ignore you when things go wrong, and then refuse to take responsibility. Stay far away. read more

Alice. Ailey should not be working custom service or even be employed to deal with people if this is how she acts. The proof is in the messages from the lady she said I hired which I sent her with the ladies number and that's when she ignored me. Until I told her I was reporting to bbb. Then she went on to lie to try and make herself look innocent but all you have to do is read the messages. Can't wait till bbb and her boss's see this, which who knows they might already know how she is because I know as a business owner I would t allow someone to treat my customers Update: I had never hired another company, I went through a service that put out a bid to multiple companies including yours. Then you go on to lie about the whole situation. Y'all people are something else. And VERY rude. And threatening me for harassment in the email y'all sent for leaving a review is very funny as well. Good luck with that one. Not removing this review. If anything after the email y'all sent I'd give it negative stars. It's funny with all the proof in writing y'all would at least own up to your mistake, but no you just deny, deny, deny lol. read more

I had trusted TCI to handle my 28 year old accident free Lincoln. They subcontracted Streamline Auto Transport who then caused 2,500 dollars worth of dents (two, non-dealership quotes). Lies!!!!!!!!! AVOID to save your time and money!!!!!! They lied every day to me on the quote of when it would be picked up for five days. I requested this service with two weeks' notice. They gave a five-day window. I NEVER got a phone call for an update. So, I called them every day within that 5-day window. I was respectfully patient. On the last day before I moved, they again NEVER called for an update. When I did call on the last day, they guided me to pay an ADDITIONAL $100-200 to provide an "additional incentive" for their driver to ship my car. WHAT?!?!? Now I have to pay more for a maybe to ship my car?!!!! Now, I have to find another plan. THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. I cannot continue to hold my breath and be hopeful. I was certain my car would be shipped, but then I turned hopeful. How horrible is that? DO NOT believe the older reviews, especially if you live in California. Beware of these guys! TCI is a low-end "no guarantee" transport brokers with horrible customer service that own no trucks of their own, which means that they are using 3rd party truckers and basically feel zero reasonability to honor any pre-arranged bookings in case that they are unable to find a track to fulfill your reservation. We booked a round-trip transfer of our family car from NJ to Miami and back. TCI barley made the pickup date from NJ and only after several calls and multiple reminders they were able to identify a run-down truck to pick up our car, which arrived to Miami 2 days later all covered with oil stains that required professional cleaning to remove. That was actually the successful part of our experience with TCI! Two months later, on the scheduled return week, and keeping our previous experience in mind, we called 3 times in advance to make sure that the pick up will take place as scheduled and to remind them that we are leaving Miami on a flight the following morning and cannot have our car stay in Miami by itself as we will be back in NJ. We were assured that everything is on schedule and that we should hear back from a driver that will be assigned to transfer our car. Our concerns grow by the hour as we received no call back and had to reach out to TCI again the morning of our last day in Miami, just to be assured that they are "working on this" and we should hear back from them shortly with a solution. Only in the afternoon of our last day, the owner (Kaleb) admitted that he is unable to find any drivers to pick up our car and went immediately on the attack claiming that this is our problem as "we should have taken into consideration that this was Easter weekend and many drivers took the weekend off" and also added that "we are a very problematic and un-flexible customer for not having someone to leave our car with in Miami until they figure a solution". Needless to say, that this uncalled-for response was totally rude and unacceptable as the booking was made 3 months in advance and we made it super clear that the car must be picked by the last day of our stay as we have no one to take care of it when we are back in NJ. As we were left with no other solution and were provided with zero accommodation or an alternative solution by TCI, we had to cancel our flight back and start a 1,200-mile road-trip back to NJ. Putting aside the horrible experience we just went through, what really struck us was the complete luck of empathy and customer care and the attempt to put this all situation on us as a "difficult" client. We will be going after TCI to claim our monetary damages (flight tickets, fuel, hotel, tolls), but want to make sure that others avoid this nightmare. read more

I shipped my car with TCI Logistics. Things started out smooth with the deposit and pickup, but on the delivery date I received a text that the car was 4 full days behind schedule due to "bad luck." Then 4 came and went and on day 5 I struggled to get a response and still did not receive any information as to where the vehicle was and when it would be delivered. Following texts as to if the vehicle should be reported stolen with insurance and FMCSA, I finally got a response and the car was delivered the next day, 6 days after the originally planned delivery date. "Bad luck" happens, but the choice to not communicate that to me so I could plan accordingly was very frustrating. The "contract" sent with the deposit says very little about timeline, deliverables, and cost. They are able to blow past their deadline with zero communication, yet the cost is still the same. read more

Poor communication and lies. They were scheduled to pick up and after my friend waited the entire day, the driver called and said they are 25 minutes away but the trailer was full. The solution from TCI was I can pay more money and they will be pick it up in another 3-4 days. I declined and reposted the listing. I went with another company which was a better experience. TCI stated they will refund my deposit but that was another lie. CitizenShipper had no issue to refund their part but TCI is a different story. I would never hire them to ship anything even if it was free. They give logistics a bad name. There are others that had the same experience. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I got a text from Trans Cargo Inc saying they wanted to pick my cars up tomorrow 8/22/24. Which it was supposed to be picked up on 8/19/24 - 8/21/24. So, I reached out to Milano Trucking (the name they hide behind on SHIPLY) got a text to text them instead. So, when I text and reached out to the (OWNER), he said Shiply makes them go under Milano, even though they're really TCI. I informed the text to Milano, that I'd have to cancel with them because they couldn't make the date, we had a contract with. I text the other gentleman that I would not be here for the delayed service they were supposed to provide, he was very nice. In the meantime, the owner(Milano) was texting me some pretty nasty text, from cursing, saying that they actually stopped working with Shiply because of their platform and a**holes like me, and that Shiply and I can F!#k off, and don't crash on my way to my new home. Rob @ TCI Logistics completely let me down on shipping my vehicle. I reached out weeks before shipping - initially, communication was great and it sounded like we'd have no problem. I was flying from CA to PA, and was waiting on a definite date to ship so I could book a return ticket. Rob found a driver within the window that I provided (although it was extremely short notice given that we began communicating weeks prior) and told me Sunday, so I immediately booked a return ticket. Moments after booking, I was told that it was Monday, not Sunday. While this was in the original window, it was now after my flight. After this, Rob's communication went downhill. I was practically begging for an update, found family to come assist in shipping on Monday... total radio silence and we went past the date that I flew home. After a week of silence I actually texted Rob looking for a little decency, maybe a "sorry we missed the window" message... the response was 'you gave us a 4 day window and we're still looking for a driver and will have it finalized tomorrow'. Now... 9 days later... I again try to communicate and have received zero response. Avoid. Unprofessional, costly, garbage service.
