Booked with Mile Auto Transport for our move from Philadelphia to Chicago and had a great experience. We had to transport 2 cars. Alex with Mile Auto Transport was great with communication. What was quoted to us was exactly what we paid, no bait and switch. He called to inform us when a driver was dispatched. From there, the local driver was also very responsive with updates throughout. Would highly recommend this team.

They are late , rude, lack communication skills and will threaten to steal your car . Maybe that's how they do business in Russia ?

I thought the price was more than fair, and less than I expected. They work with you on every detail front the pricing, to the pickup and timing of delivery, communicating back & forth with the driver and keeping the customer informed of the status. Similar to a moving van, there's a window of time for pickup/delivery but they coordinate it all with you. I love the attention to detail and REALLY appreciate that the goal is to ensure the customer knows what's going on at every step. The pricing was "all inclusive" with no hidden fees which I also really appreciate. Sounds like they're based out of Chicago but can handle business from anywhere in the country which is awesome. It's nice to know I can use them for the return trip as well. This interaction exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend using Lightning Car Transport for your transportation needs!! These guys work really hard and are dedicating to providing a stress-free interaction and ensuring the customer is happy. Thanks for your help Matt.

The vehicle arrived at its drop off location (JAX to MIA) at 01:10 on Tuesday 25 November. I have transported vehicles before and never has it been this easy and definitely not this quick. Bobby of V3AT was clear, definitive, flexible, and responsible. He called when he said he would call and his driver picked up within five mins of the scheduled pick up time and although the drop off was not as precise, getting the vehicle there in such a timely manner was priceless. I highly recommend this service and I will be using V3AT again for a return drop off. Concerning the pricing, it was more expensive - $450 for a JAX to MIA transport - than the other two places I called to compare pricing but it was worth it for our requirements: Paid 50% at reservation and 50% at drop off. Thanks V3AT

Broke the Car Shipping Stereotype! Flawless Communication from Start to Finish…read more Before booking with Van 3 Auto Transport, I spent hours reading horror stories about late deliveries, hidden fees, and, most frustratingly, zero communication with OTHER car movers. I was prepared for the worst. However, Van 3 Auto Transport completely flipped that narrative. The most impactful part of their service was their outstanding communication with the entire team. (Bobbi, Eugene, Nick, and Michael). I worried I had screwed up everything after a sudden urgent care visit. In an industry where 'no communication' is a major red flag, this team's commitment to being proactive, clear, and consistent is a huge reason I highly recommend them. They didn't just move my car; they delivered peace of mind and proved that reliable car shipping is possible."

I chose the shipping company based on reviews alone and the price being under $1,000 for my tank of an SUV was just a bonus. My first positive with this company is that unlike many of the more popular companies across the US, they are not just a broker and they actually hire and employ their own drivers, so they actually know the person who is delivering your car. This company also did such an amazing job with communication. Not only did they call and text me with updates but when I did call I mostly talked to the same person and they knew my info with just my name and number. Also, I gave them the contact of the agent at the dealership where they picked up from and they communicated beautifully with them as well. Lastly, my car arrived beyond earlier than expected and without a scratch on it! The car was picked up on Tuesday so I didn't expect it to arrive until the weekend or early the next week, but my car was dropped off early Friday morning and the driver called me himself when he was about 45 minutes away and called me again when he arrived to arrange the drop-off. Not to mention that I live in the inner city and the delivery driver unloaded the car like a true professio I can't recommend this company enough, thank you USA Auto Transport of Chicago!

Based on the reviews, we choose Long distance Movers. My parents lived on the 3rd floor of our family building and held years worth of items including a book and album collection as well as some antique furniture items. I worked with the sales team all the way up until the day of the move and made adjustments based on time and necessity. The move time was pushed back several times, which I remained flexible on. The driver (Mike) called me to let me know they were running late, I said no problem. I could tell in that conversation, (Mike) did not sound pleasant at all. When Mike and Alex arrived, it was confirmed, he was not interested in the job at all. The other mover (Alex) was friendlier. I began to show them the items that needed to be packed and I showed them around the property. Mike said we had more than what was listed on the quote. I advised the quote had be revised several times and we decided to not take some of the larger pieces. There was (1) item located on the first floor (that I sent pictures of) and some items in the basement. After showing both movers what needed to be done, I asked if they would rather park their truck in the alley. They agreed and said they would pull around back. THEY NEVER CAME BACK!!! I called Mike several times and did not get an answer...then the calls went to voicemail. I then attempted to call my sales person Matthew and realized the phone number listed does not allow you to enter an extension number. I then tried the representative who called me to confirm the move. I had to leave VM with both and wait for a call back. They were very surprised and apologetic but could not tell me why the drivers left with no notice. I was eventually told they could not "Accommodate" our needs! I completely understand how overwhelming that task may have appeared to someone walking into a large apartment, that wasn't the most organized or tidy, but isn't that what that $4,000+ quote was paying for. What if we had to be out of the property within days? To leave the job and make me wait for 30 minutes in the alley is completely unprofessional. Moving in general is extremely stressful, now imagine being a couple of senior citizens, one of which is a disable veteran battling cancer and being told their movers left without notice!

I'm too old to be enticing friends to carry my crap up and down stairs with beer and pizza, it was time to grow up. And Long Distance Movers is the company for that grown up move. First they have representatives that will not only quote your move but also check in and stay as your point of contact throughout the entire process. My rep was excellent in following up and responding to all of my questions and requests. He went out of his way to make my requested dates and times work, and that in itself already makes the costs come close to being worth it. But the movers themselves make it a no-brainer. They were courteous, polite, and professional. They also took a lot of time and care into helping prepare my items to go into storage and take the trip across a couple states. I thought I did well packing but they really improved on my work, rearranging and wrapping items that seemed loose or wobbly. I felt everything was super safe and taken care of when they were done. Good people throughout the company and good practices made my move super easy and convenient and the personal interactions make it completely worth the cost. Highly recommended for moving longer distances.

So as a surprise, my brother and I wanted to get him some newer furniture, a new set of dishes, and some giant candle holders to display around his pool. I shopped for everything in Chicago, got it organized and then I wanted a mover to ship it all together instead of each company shipping it separately. Plus, the leather couch that my brother & I got for him was from a furniture company that didn't offer out of state shipping. So I had no choice with that one. When I called Chicago cross country, I spoke with Joseph who was very down to earth. Over the phone I listed the furniture and everything else I was shipping. I told him that I wanted to time it out as a surprise if possible and he said he could definitely do that. I then called two other companies to compare on when they could start, estimation on when things would be delivered, and of course the price. Cross country outmatched the others, so I booked them. Two days later I met the movers, Patrick was one name I remember and the other guy, I don't recall his name. But it was two movers and they both were very nice & worked fast! I wasn't sure how to pack the pool-side lanterns I bought, so I had the movers pack them, along with everything else. They did it without a problem and asked me if they should take their shoes off when they got to my place. It's the little things, like asking that I care about it Everything arrived in Ogden, Utah yesterday and I was called me when the truck was an hour away from delivery. This part was important to me because I wanted to call my Dad before everything arrived so he wouldn't be alarmed with a big delivery haha. Bikes, TVs, computers were all fine and well insulated. Be aware that it might actually take the full 21 days to get to you. Day 5, our stuff made it to CA from Chicago, but took an additional 15 days to make it up to Seattle from CA so your mileage may vary. We had planned on 14-15 days (two weeks) and so ended up having to buy a bunch of new stuff to be comfortable while waiting the additional two weeks. The problem lies with whomever they contracted out to do the final leg of the delivery. We had 30-40 boxes and they all appeared to at least have been tracked in some way into some sort of storage. However the team that delivered did not actually track each box when they pulled it out of storage. Additionally they filled in "delivered" sections on their own without me fully seeing and filling out that portion myself. I will probably not end up suing this service again in the future as waiting 2 weeks and then having random boxes go missing for the price paid is pretty unacceptable. Insurance covers some of it but it's still annoying playing the "what random stuff will I have to replace" game =(
