Everyone else just throws numbers and guarantees at you. Bruce explained that everyone on the web is a broker, not a transporter. The brokers list the vehicle on a national board for a base price (paid to the actual trucking company) and the broker receives his fee for this service. Bruce charges a flat fee which guards against unscrupulous brokers looking to pocket undeclared proceeds. He was also available when I called with questions and concerns during the transport, which was only four days. Bruce was a pleasure to speak with and he took the anxiety and ignorance I had and delivered a VERY positive experience. There's a good reason his operation has solid 5-star reviews. My first positive with this company is that unlike many of the more popular companies across the US, they are not just a broker and they actually hire and employ their own drivers, so they actually know the person who is delivering your car. Not only did they call and text me with updates but when I did call I mostly talked to the same person and they knew my info with just my name and number. Also, I gave them the contact of the agent at the dealership where they picked up from and they communicated beautifully with them as well. Lastly, my car arrived beyond earlier than expected and without a scratch on it! The car was picked up on Tuesday so I didn't expect it to arrive until the weekend or early the next week, but my car was dropped off early Friday morning and the driver called me himself when he was about 45 minutes away and called me again when he arrived to arrange the drop-off.
