Very easy to communicate with, I worked closely with Liz and she was so kind and helpful! They got my cars transported within 48 hours

I bought a car on bring a trailer and requested quotes from multiple brokers. Bears came highly recommended from forums. The quote was in line with the other "higher quality" brokers/shippers. I could have gone a cheaper route with Uship or montway for enclosed but read mixed experiences, as with anything on the internet. The booking was quite easy. One quick phone call and the delivery was coordinated. Car is picked up and handled with the seller. Two days later, I get a call from the driver and they're in front of my house. My only complaint was that the driver left the key in the ignition and it drained the battery, which isn't bears' fault at all. read more

I am purchasing a car from my brother in CO and wanted to get an idea of what it would take to ship it to my location in GA. I had called several places for a quote, and Liz was the very first to respond. I was provided a quote immediately, did not have to wait. It was competitive, and the other companies wrote several emails which to be honest was a little off putting as I am working during the day. I decided to drive the vehicle myself so I can visit with my nieces and nephews, and take care of some business in Chicago on the way back through. But I thought it was important to note the professionalism and timely response from Liz. I recommend trying this company, even though I didn't use them I will consider it in the future. read more

Liz from Bears Transport is extremely punctual and professional when handling automobile transport requests. They have a group of trusted drivers they work with all over the country. Liz was able to book me an outstanding transporter for my brand new 992, which arrived in record time and perfect condition from halfway across the country. Would not hesitate to use or recommend for the most picky (worrier) customer such as myself. read more

I purchased a car from a Porsche dealer in Alabama and had it delivered to my home in California through Bears Transport. I called several shippers and Bears was the fastest and most reasonable. They also came highly recommended through Rennlist. Frank and Liz were very helpful every time I talked to them and got me updates on where the shipper was. Liz called to check in as soon as the car was delivered to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend Bears and I would gladly use their services again! read more

I never supposed I would be writing a glowing review for an auto transport company, but i shipped a car from Arlington, VA to Fort Lauderdale last week and it was about as good an experience as you could imagine: 1. they had the best price 2. they typically responded to emails in minutes 3. car was picked up and delivered exactly on time, without damage 4. none of the tricks or surprises you hear about I highly recommend Bears, Liz and the delivery firm they used--Highline (Junior was the driver). They were all outstanding! read more

I called to book a load and she told me she was had too much on her plate to deal with me right now. Very unprofessional and was rude for no reason 02/09/2023. I told her I consult and director of operations for several small trucking companies and she told me who cars and get off her phone!!! I have conversation recorded!!!! Brokers like this because she is having a bad day have no right to disrespect a carrier for merely calling about a load. read more

Liz is a gem. She makes it all go right. It was my first time using Bears, Liz was recommended by an eBay seller from whom I purchased a car. The car was being moved from Cherry Hill, NJ, to my car detailer in Indiana near Chicago. The transport driver was very communicative. And he arrived within an hour of his ETA. Bears was also very communicative, and fast acting. I'm a satisfied customer and a future repeat customer too. read more

I moved from Philadelphia to Seattle and didn't want to drive cross county again. I spoke with several auto transport companies and immediately felt confident with Liz at Bears. We negotiated a terrific price for 2 cars. Liz and her husband kept me in contact throughout the entire process. Within a week I had my cars and both were in exactly the same condition as when they picked them up. I give them 10 stars and would highly recommend using them. read more

I have now worked twice with Bears Transport for transporting two brand new cars from an out of state dealership to my house via fully enclosed shipping, and both times Bears Transport and their drivers did an amazing job! Liz and Frank at Bears Transport are very well organized and detailed, and will always explain everything in the whole process including pricing, etc well in advance. They stay in touch with the dealerships and closely monitor the jobs, and always check up personally to make sure everything was smooth and to perfection! They always double check to make sure the deliveries will fit into their customers' schedules, and that the job is properly planned for and executed right. Our most recent driver, Matt, made sure to take detailed notes about the car at the dealership as he was picking up the vehicle and explained everything when he dropped off the vehicle at my house. He was extremely careful in delivery of the car too. If you need a vehicle transport service, I highly recommend Bears Transport for their superb work and customer service! read more

Liz was incredible. I had never had a car shipped before and was quite nervous but Liz walked me through each step. She was always in contact whenever I had a question. The car was delivered on time as expected and ended up being cheaper than most other quotes. I agree with everyone else leaving reviews, there are a lot of scams out there but Liz and Bears Transport are the real deal. Thank you Liz! read more

I was going from California to New York and didn't want to drive with 2 small children, I requested a quote and was bombarded with so many companies promising me everything except the moon. Once I spoke with Liz and Frank from Bears they told me the truth cut and dry. I was happy to hear the real because I knew that if they were willing to tell me this info they were honest and not trying to rip me off at the end. They were honest and didn't request any money to confirm my date. My car was transported and arrived just as specified. The driver was very professional and I will always be grateful and use Bears. read more

Bears Transport is as good as it gets--no exaggeration. Why? First and foremost, it's privately owned and operated, and it shows. Liz and Frank were both wonderful, providing real-time, one-on-one customer service, following up on everything as promised, and sticking to the (really competitive) price they quoted me, no surprises or hidden fees. Their work ethic is uncommon these days, and their pride in their business is evident in all that they do. Next, they found me a top-notch driver, Ivan from Northwest Trucking, who was equally reliable, courteous, and professional. Got my car there perfectly safely, perfectly intact, and in FAR less time than all the other companies quoted me (specifically, less than 5 full days for a cross-country CA to SC move). Shop no further--THIS is the company to use. No, I don't know the Bearses--I'm not their niece or aunt or anybody like that--I'm just a beyond satisfied customer who was truly impressed with this company's values and integrity. The whole process was easy and painless from start to finish. With Bears Transport, you don't pay more for quality service, you just get more. A lot more. read more

Very professional and courteous, communication was great. I would use again without question.

This company was such a lifesaver! After having a terrible experience with a different company, and getting the ring around, I knew I had to do something fast to get my car shipped to its desired destination ASAP. Bears transport was highly recommended to me and now I know why. I called Liz on New Years Eve to see if there was any possibility my car could get picked up in the next couple of days to be transported from Connecticut to San Diego. Liz was very friendly, helpful and most importantly trustworthy. She explained that my car wasn't budging with the other company because they listed the price too low, and they were going to wait it out then start telling me that they need more money to ship the car because it was "during the holidays." (Which is exactly what happened) Liz told me a realistic price (which was actually only $300 more than what I was expecting to pay) and explained the process to me which is now crystal clear. I booked with her that night, and she called me back 2 hours later and said we had a driver! The driver picked my car up the next evening and here we are on January 4th and my car has arrived in San Diego. Less than 3 days!! I cannot believe it and I am so happy with this service. If you are trying to decide which company to use, stop looking and use Bears Transport. They are transparent with their prices and are extremely dependable. read more
