After looking at different units I decided on the larger one. In May my situation had changed and now I needed to downsize. When I arrived Mike was very accommodating made sure that the smaller unit would work for me and so we went to see the 5x10 unit just to make sure. He also selected a unit that was closer to my larger unit, that I did not really need to use my car to transfer my "treasures". :) I highly recommend this location.

I paid for the most expensive insurance that covers up to $5,000 but that was pointless. The insurance company won't cover mice infestation or the white substance that came from outside. I assure you my whole life's belonging were in there and is worth way more than $5,000. I was hoping for a least for them to reimburse me for furniture so I had something for now. No one came out to check my unit so I took video and pictures myself. I decided to move my things to another storage facility and during this move my hands turned black from the amount of dust and dirt getting all over my things. All my hard earned money gone down the drain. I now have to replace all my furniture and clothing. On top of that having to rent a truck and pay people to move me a second time. Whatever you do Do NOT STORE YOUR POSSESSIONS AT THIS LOCATION!!!!! Unless of course your okay with mice feces and unknown substances Alllllllll OVER your things. After speaking with insurance company and filing a claim they twisted my words calling the white substance "Mold". This is clearly not mold. And mice droppings are not covered by insurance so be sure to select the cheapest insurance possible because they don't cover much. This location also doesn't have cameras so nothing is safe. I guess when they start to burglarize and they don't have it on camera it won't be covered either. Cubesmart is garbage.

They packed and moved everything quickly, no damage was done to the houses or items moved, everything arrived where it was supposed to end up.
