I've had continued awful experiences Bruceski Marine over the years but recently I reached out well…read moreahead of spring to discuss work on my pier, and communication was consistently poor. Responses often took 5+ days, and when I did hear back it was filled with excuses. I was given an initial quote, but when I followed up to move forward, the price had suddenly increased with no clear explanation. They are trying to scam people out of increasing the cost of a job. They operate as if they have the market cornered on the river and Chain, but the service, communication, and professionalism continue to decline. What ultimately pushed me away was the unprofessional, offensive, and racist and MAGA supporting posts they openly share on their social media. You should leave your political views at the door and not bring your openly negative hatred towards people of color to your business. I do NOT recommend working with the Bruce's and would find business elsewhere.

Then says " I've been in business for 40 years and that he's not worried about me". He said the roof will not be fixed till spring Time. It's January 9th. The leak is bad and I can only imagine what the units next to mine look like. Not once did he care or say sorry for our belongings getting moldy and destroyed. I do not recommend this place one bit and hope others don't have ruined items aswell.
