The only thing not replaced was my rear muffler... So from manifold to the rear muffler was replaced for under $700 which from the other quotes I got was a really good price!!! I called the service department and they said they don't see B service available for me. The service department suggested I contact the Sales Associate and receive clarification. The Sales associate stated, "We gave you B service prior to you purchasing the car!" I stated, that wasn't communicated to me, what was communicated I have available A and B service. So I requested to speak to the manager. The manger stated the same, the B service was already provided and included when you bought the car. "If you don't have it in writing," "I can't do anything for you." "Would you like to buy the service package?" I politely got off the phone with major disappointment. Recognizing Knauz service after purchase is unethical. I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from another Mercedes Benz Dealership. Where you know the level of service will be provided after you purchased their vehicles.

Dropped the car off mid-morning and it was ready at the end of the day. Once I took a look at what the car I was blown away at the upgraded look. They walked me through the warranty that I receive with the product and even gave me a solid deal because I got both services done together. Based on the quality of the work I'd say it was a good value. They even answered questions I had about potential ppf vs protective coatings should I chose to use them for that in the future. Took my new car in for a full vehicle PPF and ceramic. When I came to pick it up, there were a few…read morespots on the car that where the wrap wasn't tucked as I would have expected, some bubbling on the mirror and a small scratch on the door from them cutting the PPF. The team agreed to correct everything and towed my car to a body shop to get the scratch fixed. After everything was fixed, pick up the car and they gave me a discount for my trouble (without me asking). I'd trust them to do this again because even if there is an issue, they'll make sure it's done right.
