I was initially quoted around $800 to remove the items from my father's estate, but when the crew finally arrived around 7:00 p.m., the estimate suddenly jumped to over $3,000. At that point, I told them to forget it. Still needing a very heavy antique Mosler safe removed, I called Gone Guys in Glenview. Other companies had quoted me anywhere from $2,500 to $3,000 just to move the safe. Gone Guys quoted me $450, arrived exactly when they said they would, and their crew was professional, efficient, and courteous. They not only removed the safe without any issues but also helped move several additional items. I would absolutely use Gone Guys again and highly recommend them for moving, estate cleanouts, heavy-item removal, or junk hauling. They were honest, straightforward, dependable, and delivered exactly what they promised. My experience with them was night and day compared to College Hunks.

He asked questions like "does that bed need to be taken apart?" or "do we need to bring TV boxes to move the TV's?". My apartment was situated clear across the complex to the loading dock but there was never any complaining about that part, even though I was apologizing profusely. They were done loading my apartment in 2.5 hours, ate lunch, and unloaded me into my new home by 3pm. This included putting my bed back together and my boy's bunk bed. Truly, this was so worth every penny I spent and their estimate actually came in higher than what I ended up paying. I was able to get situated in my new home very quickly because the boxes were put in the rooms that were labeled and they put everything where I had asked them to. Absolutely recommend this company.
