Within 3 minutes of her stating that, she said "we have no lease with you" therefore we can not allow you access to the unit you have been paying on for 6 years. Approximately $5400 that they have taken from me. So IF you have no lease with me, then why wasn't I notified long before now???? Marcy was given every document she needed when we found out my husband was terminally ill 6 years ago. And she claims that she does not know who Marcy is. Really??? I keep getting phone calls to this very day from Marcy from this company! More games on their end. Very very rude young lady. And I am sending the pictures I took of the open gates on 2 separate days out as well to let the public know there stuff is not secure. I also am putting in a complaint in with OSHA for a few of the workers and Jessica herself walking besides a working crane with sewer pipe hanging and having no vest and no hard hats on. Congrats on scamming us hard working people that have been your clients for over 15 years. Run and find another storage facility! These people are NOT to be trusted!

I stopped in today to look at storage for my business. I was met with an older gentleman (sorry…read moredidn't get a name) who showed us a model of a unit. There was tape on the floor that "mapped out" sizes of units. He stood on the first tape and said "this is a 10x10". I've worked with storage units before and I knew their measurements were off. So I asked for a tape measure and after measuring the taped out 10x10, they were shorting people about 14". It barely came to 9ft. When I asked the gentleman about it he seemed to brush it off. I even said, as we were leaving "you should get someone to change that tape" and he responded "ya, I guess." I also asked to see the units and where the elevator and entrance was. The gentleman said "well they all look like this (the model)" to which I further said "yes I know that. I want to know where in the building the units are located." He seemed put off by that, but still took me around. While the place was clean, the entrance to the secured building was not enclosed, and the carts they offer couldn't hold more than 2 boxes. I'm giving this place 2 stars for cleanliness and overall look, but truthfully, I didn't rent from them because of the gentleman who helped me. I was clearly bothering him by being there.

The worst service scheduled they gave me an empty ubox vs mine with my stuff. I had scheduled it to…read morebe picked up and I was told it would be ready on trailer. I even rented a pick up. I got home and It was the wrong ubox. I had to come back and my ubox was not even ready. Steve took more than 30 min to get it. And gave me an attitude bOn top of all my wasted time. I got here at 10 am came back and left again at almost 1 pm. I wasted a lot of time. Steve kept saying I wasn't here for the last 3 days I didn't know or I wasn't told the ubox was in the warehouse. However, it was still active when I checked on the public storage online app and at the same time that there's also a scheduled payment this coming April 1, 2026. That's why, I set a different date on the public storage online app to move out today 3/29/2026 but unfortunately that I got a notification from the public storage app that my next payment will be on 5/1/2026 eventhough I already paid the rent payment which will due on 4/1/2026. My question is, when will be my last payment given that I already scheduled a move out date last 3/21/2026 but unfortunately my account was still active as it appears on the public storage app. And because of that, that I set another move out date which is today 3/29/2026 but here again that I got a notification that there's a scheduled payment on 5/1/2026. I need clarification about this matter about my final and last payment following my decision to move out last 3/21/2026- that's the date that I entered on the app to move out but the public storage app indicates that account was still active until today. And I was pressured today to set another date (3/29/2026) to move out from the public storage. Please help me to put my account inactive since I already set two different dates to move out, the first date was 3/21/2026 and the second one which is today, 3/29/2026.

She has been so friendly, helpful, compassionate, and easy to talk to. During my time here, I witnessed Paula effectively managing several issues at once. Not only did she do a great job dealing with customers while the computer systems were rebooting and updating, but she also ensured everyone was well taken care of and left happily. Not only did she excel in customer service, but she also was cleaning the facility and ensuring the safety of us and our belongings. I highly recommend this facility for this reason. I can rest easy knowing that someone like her is there watching over the facility. It makes doing business here worth every penny.
