I asked them 3-4 times if they got it and they said yes and they submitted it. Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox. Not to mention, they also refused to let me use the truck when I moved in and they said that's free.

You can go in at any time with your code. After a while, they started locking down the garbage outside. I was going through my mom's things after she passed away, and I had to take everything I wanted to throw away home with me. It was frustrating that they didn't have a way to take care of that there. I started to get a little sketched out when I went on the weekends. It was pretty empty, but I would run into people who gave the impression of hanging out (sitting in the hall, charging their phones.... No idea if they actually were living there, but it just gave me a weird vibe). I tried to go into the office to take care of a problem that I had and no one was in there during regular business hours. That was frustrating when I drove all the way there to meet with someone. I could've dealt with all that, but my last straw was after I had been paying on time for years, there was some situation with my credit card, and they charged me a late fee. I took care of it as soon as I got the email about it, but they wouldn't reverse the fee and because it was the weekend, they also disabled my code, so I couldn't get in. So annoying that they would throw away a good customer relationship just to get a late fee. I then packed up my stuff and moved somewhere else.

And afterward, maybe a 20% at the most or, $5.60. I have been there for 3 months and they hiked my rent 57% to $49/mo.! That is blatant fraud, IMO! So, now I will file a complaint with the Colorado AG's office. Very annoying but I cannot allow myself to be ripped off. If anyone else has had this experience with this facility, Storquest in general, or any storage facility in Colorado, please file a complaint with the Colorado AG's office. It is very easy to do. The form is online. As a community, we need to stop this dishonest predatory practice by storage facilities.

The experience my wife and I got however has left an extremely sour taste in our mouth and will result in us never using this moving company again. When we received our original quote we were told we would only need two movers for our 1 bed/1 bath apartment. Two days before our move we were contacted and told they would need to add a third mover (increasing our hourly cost by $30). This was explained necessary and told it would in fact save us money because our move would be faster. This was far from the truth. Instead, we had 3 guys making solo trips to and from their truck carrying one item at a time. It took movers an extra 20 minutes to get to our new apartment, and lastly finding them sitting in their moving truck to burn time to hit a full 8hrs. I say 8 hrs but of course they showed up after 8 am and left before 4pm. With a third guy this is a job that shouldn't have taken more than 5-6 hours. The cherry on top of all this is the ridiculous prices they present and charge for products. I was presented a receipt for $272 in packing products which I thought was high, only to be told it was actually $422! When I called to get some clarity on this i was sent a copy of a receipt but this time with more product so as to match the $422 I was charged, and they also somehow had my signature attached. The representative on the phone was not eager to remedy this situation and instead blamed it on their "computer system." EDITED: After posting my original review All My Sons moving did reach out to offer a small refund and apologize for the experience which is appreciated. I hate that a bad review is what it took for a little more accountability but nonetheless. Despite the moving being inefficient and at times lacking transparency the movers themselves took good care of our things. No breaks or things lost during our move.

They showed up 5 hours late, yelled at me that I gave them a bad quote and refused to do my move which ended up costing me THOUSANDS. And spoiler, another company did the job in the time I was originally quoted by these people and for half the price. As a woman moving alone, these movers made me incredibly uncomfortable in the short time they were in my home. I called and got a quote over the phone. This was not unusual to me as I've only ever gotten phone quotes for moving and have never had issues in the past. I was quoted 2.5-3 hours with 3 movers. I called 5 other companies in the area and received similar quotes, I chose this company due to their availability. I scheduled my move for 4 days before I needed to be out of my place. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. At 3pm, I was told their morning job was taking much longer than anticipated but they should arrive within the hour. At 4pm I received a text from the team letting me know they were an HOUR AND A HALF away and would be stopping for food on their way. I contacted the "manager" and was assured they would be able to complete my move that day. The team showed up at 5:30pm, 5.5 hours late and I have never had movers be more disrespectful and demeaning toward me. My home was clean, fully boxed, and ready to be loaded. For $210/hour I was not about to waste time. They walked through my home to assess everything and Tyler, who is supposedly the best they have, was rude and disrespectful every step of the way. He yelled at me that there was no way they could do the move in the time quoted. Given that their morning job took 4-5 hours longer than anticipated, whoever is quoting jobs clearly doesn't know what they're doing. I was alone and the way their team treated me in my home made me incredibly uncomfortable, they yelled at me that I wasted their time, they drove to Fort Collins from Denver and their cars were in a storage unit in Denver that closed at 9pm. Even if they completed the job in the minimum quoted time, they still wouldn't have made it back to Denver in time to collect their vehicles so I don't see how that was my problem but he sure made it my problem. Tyler told me the move would take a team of 4 movers at least 7 hours to complete. To be clear, this was a two bedroom townhome, not a 5 bedroom house. As I was about to throw them out of my home for being so demeaning and disrespectful, they offered to step out and call their manager. At 6pm I received a call from the manager who told me the team claimed there were 150 boxes in my home and they would not be doing the move. When I argued that was absolutely not the case (i counted and there were 56 boxes, 6 large, 15 medium, 25 small, and 10 plastic tubs) I was told he didn't know who to believe...um excuse me?!? He offered to reschedule for another day at more than DOUBLE my initial quote. After the experience his "best guy" had to offer, there was no way I would ever agree to pay them even my original quote let alone $1800?! I told him this was unacceptable and explained the financial impact, all I got was "sorry, we wish you the best of luck with your move" after wasting 6 hours of my time and costing me thousands. This was a huge waste of my time and costly. I deliberately scheduled the move on my day off with several days after to do final small things and clean before handing over keys. A new tenant was scheduled to move in shortly after. Because of this company's laziness and incompetence, I had to pay an additional month rent and the next tenant's move was also impacted. I am truly beside myself at what a horrible experience this was. Now for the kicker - I hired another company to do my move the following week. I hired two movers and anticipated an 8 hour move due to what I was told by this team. I was genuinely afraid to do the walkthrough given what happened with moving brothers. I explained what happened and the new quote I was given and the new movers laughed. They said this team took too long at their job in the morning, ate and sat in the truck for an hour, and when they showed up they were tired or lazy and simply didn't want to do the job. They said the 7 hour quote was an FU to me since they drove up to Fort Collins. It took the new movers FOUR HOURS TOTAL. And cost me less than moving brothers original quote including a 40% tip. NEVER give this company your business. They will leave you up a creek without a paddle without so much as an apology. I'm grateful they requested cash payment and didn't require a deposit as they will never get a penny from me. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to avoid this company!
