Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox.
