Two months after moving in, I got a notice of a price increase of 30 PERCENT! I did not have any promotional offers or prices when I moved in and their prices were not much different than anyone else. I called the corporate office in Santa Monica and they told me it's "market conditions ". Absolutely disgraceful customer service, not only is nothing being done to remedy the situation, can't reach anyone and the person that called to report it didn't even offer an apology. I had opportunity to rent two storages from Young lady name T Bryant . She was excellent she showed me and my wife the storages that we needed and she also sold us the proper locks that we needed for storage she made certain that the storages were cleaned out before we moved in and she went over the rules with us . I had the great fortune to work with Michelle and Arianna for over a year at the Aurora, CO (Tower) location. Suffice it to say there were issues with a very unhappy "ex" who made things unnecessarily difficult and threatening for them and they held to the law and maintained their professionalism. They were consummate customer satisfaction driven and so easy to work with, even when they could have been otherwise due to my "situation". Watch your credit card charges. After renting a moving truck, and returning it with a full tank of gas, I noticed that they charged me a fee for not filling it. Only $18 or so, but when I called to sort it out the manager absolutely would not listen to me. At least she gave me some regional manager's telephone number though, and he actually LISTENED and refunded it to me. read more

I was initially concerned about using StorQuest Self Storage on Tower Rd in Aurora, CO. Some of the reviews were frightening. However, I noticed that some of the reviews were quite old. I found the current staff to be very friendly and helpful. Before I put my things in storage, I went to view the unit I was going to use following a few days of heavy rain. The unit was water tight. No leaks at all. The unit was clean when I moved in. Although my things were in storage for only 3 weeks, I was very happy with the staff and facility. There was no damage to my things. read more

Pain in the a##!!! These people think they are renting a house! They want 7 day notice before you leave or they charge you 20$- then they make you physically come into the office( at their inconvenient hours) to sign a vacate notice! This is the most inconvenient storage unit I have ever used. They expect that during your nove that you have plenty of time to run all over town to satisfy their ridiculous policies!! Save yourself the headache and gas money. Here's a clue... If I tell you I'm leaving and my units empty- I'm gone!!! Wow!!! Brain surgery people! I called and explained how I didn't have time for their overboard needs as I'm 7 months pregnant and don't live near the unit- but their policies are more important then their customers. We had originally been given a unit upstairs, but when the movers arrived the elevator was being repaired. Josh was fantastic and got me another unit for the same price downstairs and pretty close to the door. The customer service there has been great. Someone is always there to help out if we need something and they're always happy to help. Great place to store your things and I'd recommend them to anyone. read more

watch your statement like a hawk!!! they charged me 14 months of their required insurance. storquest said proof of insurance is required and gave me 3 days to prove insurance. it took me a week and i gave them the documents, thinking they would only charge me at most, for a month of insurance. the manager sent me an email back saying the insurance was canceled but it was not. instead of charging me for a month of insurance (or technically the 4 days) they charged me for the full 14 months of insurance in advance because i took 7 days instead of 3 to show them proof of insurance. now they are saying that corporate has to approve the refund. clearly they were not authorized to charge me for 14 months of insurance in advance. watch your statements and beware of any ghost charges. it's up to you to prove otherwise. read more
