Yvette is very knowledgeable and very concerned about the people and their property. She is very reliable and gets the job done above and beyond expectations. Yvette is a valuable asset to the company and to me as I have multiple units there. Thru all the issues that had happened there, she and past employees have been wonderful to me and my property. I am a loyal customer there thru everything. That speaks volumes to her and the company. Other people would of moved their things out, caused a scene. I love storing here. I have lots of stuff to store. Wonderful job Yvette and team. read more

My unit rent was going to increase and put me out of my budget. I went in to see if I could downsize units. A nice employee named, Yawn was able to help me. He was able to keep me in my unit and keep me in my budget. Ywan saved me money and time by not having to move units. Bale B. read more

I first did a review that was based on a very short encounter. I rented a space from them was supposed to be for 6 months time but the contract was canceled in less than (6) days they took my deposit cashed it AFTER I HAD SURRENDERED THE UNIT BUT DIDNT PRORATE THE MONTH UNUSED BACK AS I WAS TOLD AT THE BEGINNING IT WOULD BE DONE. The manager was rude and demeaning , actually lecturing me because I am disabled so because I had less than a cart of goods in the unit I "should have called the moving company she referred me to " unfortunately I was making myself ill due to my TBIs immune disorders and others and mobility issues so my doctor gave me a choice either stop doing what I was doing or be hospitalized! I took stop! I explained that to her and got berated for it! Tried calling corporate office spoke with May U she said that all the refunds were up to Ryan as he was the district manager for this area well I called numerous times called and called and called got one call back that was a hang up as my phone if it doesn't recognize the number puts you into spam. So they kept $150 of the funds for the month that they said would be prorated well if you take &136 +29+11= $176 +6 days=$29.33 so if you subtract the ?$176-29.33=they still owe me $146.11. Just because I have TBIs and have several disabilities does not mean I can't sit down with my financial advisors and have them look over the contract and the way that you have treated me. You see I was a very happy returning customer from a previous experience but after this experience I will do my best to steer away potential clients from this company as they are deceiving people and are abusive towards people who have disabilities thinking it's "okay " to treat them with fish or and disrespect to yell at them demean them and disregard their health ! Where you once had my loyalty you now hold my lowest opinion and anyone who treats clients like that doesn't deserve to be in mangement position nor in a customer service position. I even played phone tag with a person called "Danny" for weeks! Yet was told he had his phone on do not disturb for days yet it could have been resolved if someone would have taken the time and consideration for me and taken the time to listen and understand that you held the check for longer than I actually had the unit ! Then didn't even return the amount of money that you should have by your own standards. Everything in there weighed less than 3 lbs and took less than 5 minutes to get out of the unit assistant manager Zach watched as I emptied it then even tried to charge me for my own lock! These practices are shady and not of positive business model. I now understand why you have such a turnover ion staff and how you can't keep the customers . You rented out the unit to my neighbor he and Yvette have an under the table thing going she tells him when sales happen and when to bring in friends or relatives to sign so it's not officially in his name although he pays for it. SHADY!!! So now you have two people paid full for the same unit! I think some where there's a law against such practices. Especially since you kept my full months rent! All I'm saying is is that for all you individuals needing space rentals I used to say go here NOW IM SAYING BEWARE!!! If this is the way they treated me in a medical emergency, who's to say how they will treat you! Especially when you ask then point blank do "I need to do a letter in writing or have my doctor?" And the reply is no! I asked since the check hasn't went through can't we just invalidate the contract the answer was yet again "no" but the lecture the demeanor demoralizing well it went on for about 15 minutes before I had my full and left because I wanted to keep my dignity and my respect! I don't have to stoop to their level! read more

I've been at Self-Storage for well over 16 years haven't had any major problems with any self storage facilities. Markel and Yvette have been communicative in regards to any new status updates I need to be aware of. read more

This location has had some leaking roof problems with damage to several storage units. The biggest issue is the way they've treated their customers. Poor communication, poor customer service skills and the way they handle the process to relocate customers property in the storage units after it's been damaged. This has been one of the most poorly handled situations I've ever witnessed. Don't recommend you rent space here! read more

I needed a storage unit so that I could move some things from another Storage Company to Extra Space Storage which was located closer to where I live. Yvette, Justin Sandovol Assistant, was very helpful getting me the right sized Storage Unit for the things I needed to transfer to their location. I'm very satisfied with the facility where my Storage Unit is located in and the personnel that are available when you need them. read more

I really appreciated the great service I received when I booked my storage facility. I was a trying to navigate a moving truck solo on a cross-country move between an apartment and new storage facility. I arrived early to the facility with the hope of getting paperwork squared away before driving back to meet the moving truck. The manager there was kind enough to help me before the store was open as he saw me sitting in my car. That extra time was so helpful to have in a busy and stressful morning. Those gestures of kindness go a long way and I would recommend this facility to anyone with extra storage needs. read more

I sold my home in New York City and needed a place to store my things while looking for a place to live in Denver. The Extra Space Storage facility is clean, well-lit, and easily accessible. Justin, the manager of the facility, was courteous and helpful. I feel comfortable storing my furniture and other things here for as long as I need as I look for suitable living space. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I have been a business storage customer for over 20 years. I have had storage in many different places. Including Colfax. The facility is the absolute worst and now I have been a victim of BURGLARY. Aurora police sent the laziest officer to investigate and he could care less. My insurance is not covering it because of the failure with the police. The district manager couldn't be bothered to even offer a discount, an investigation, compensation, or remedy. They hired a new manager who has his work cut out and the poor guy is and will always be overwhelmed. It is just too much. Corporate makes the excuse they cant hire people they have no workers etc... Etc... Etc... BLah BLAh BLah! Please take your business elsewhere for a better experience. secure the top of your unit because these hoodrats enter units from the top and remove the bars. They left evidence behind. Although there is the camera's the management is not interested in reviewing them. No time no staff no care. Sadly I will have to move out because these thieves keep stealing and will likely never stop. If you had or have storage be sure to see what you are missing. Not only do people loiter and likely sleepover. They dump trash leave food and filth. It is deplorable. Businesses like these do not belong in Colorado. Neither do the people. We are better than that. Disgusting! Disappointed and outraged on Crestline. Thanks for reading. Stay blessed. read more

Hands down THE rudest most incompetent staff I've ever run across. If you're looking for verbal abuse or to be cussed out by employees while questioning their misleading contract, this is your place. I wouldn't put them in charge of taking the trash out. read more
