    I first did a review that was based on a very short encounter. I rented a space from them was…read moresupposed to be for 6 months time but the contract was canceled in less than (6) days they took my deposit cashed it AFTER I HAD SURRENDERED THE UNIT BUT DIDNT PRORATE THE MONTH UNUSED BACK AS I WAS TOLD AT THE BEGINNING IT WOULD BE DONE. The manager was rude and demeaning , actually lecturing me because I am disabled so because I had less than a cart of goods in the unit I "should have called the moving company she referred me to " unfortunately I was making myself ill due to my TBIs immune disorders and others and mobility issues so my doctor gave me a choice either stop doing what I was doing or be hospitalized! I took stop! I explained that to her and got berated for it! Tried calling corporate office spoke with May U she said that all the refunds were up to Ryan as he was the district manager for this area well I called numerous times called and called and called got one call back that was a hang up as my phone if it doesn't recognize the number puts you into spam. So they kept $150 of the funds for the month that they said would be prorated well if you take &136 +29+11= $176 +6 days=$29.33 so if you subtract the ?$176-29.33=they still owe me $146.11. Just because I have TBIs and have several disabilities does not mean I can't sit down with my financial advisors and have them look over the contract and the way that you have treated me. You see I was a very happy returning customer from a previous experience but after this experience I will do my best to steer away potential clients from this company as they are deceiving people and are abusive towards people who have disabilities thinking it's "okay " to treat them with fish or and disrespect to yell at them demean them and disregard their health ! Where you once had my loyalty you now hold my lowest opinion and anyone who treats clients like that doesn't deserve to be in mangement position nor in a customer service position. I even played phone tag with a person called "Danny" for weeks! Yet was told he had his phone on do not disturb for days yet it could have been resolved if someone would have taken the time and consideration for me and taken the time to listen and understand that you held the check for longer than I actually had the unit ! Then didn't even return the amount of money that you should have by your own standards. Everything in there weighed less than 3 lbs and took less than 5 minutes to get out of the unit assistant manager Zach watched as I emptied it then even tried to charge me for my own lock! These practices are shady and not of positive business model. I now understand why you have such a turnover ion staff and how you can't keep the customers . You rented out the unit to my neighbor he and Yvette have an under the table thing going she tells him when sales happen and when to bring in friends or relatives to sign so it's not officially in his name although he pays for it. SHADY!!! So now you have two people paid full for the same unit! I think some where there's a law against such practices. Especially since you kept my full months rent! All I'm saying is is that for all you individuals needing space rentals I used to say go here NOW IM SAYING BEWARE!!! If this is the way they treated me in a medical emergency, who's to say how they will treat you! Especially when you ask then point blank do "I need to do a letter in writing or have my doctor?" And the reply is no! I asked since the check hasn't went through can't we just invalidate the contract the answer was yet again "no" but the lecture the demeanor demoralizing well it went on for about 15 minutes before I had my full and left because I wanted to keep my dignity and my respect! I don't have to stoop to their level!

    My unit rent was going to increase and put me out of my budget. I went in to see if I could…read moredownsize units. A nice employee named, Yawn was able to help me. He was able to keep me in my unit and keep me in my budget. Ywan saved me money and time by not having to move units. Bale B.
