Very disappointed in public storage! I emphasize to them that I had an 18 wheeler that needed to be able to get to the unit easily. As you can see by the picture it was not simple at all. I started renting a unit from this place around $220.00 a month. Now my rent is going to 387.00$ a month! My rent has gone up 4 times since I have been renting a unit from them. They don't let you that your rent is increasing, they just send an email saying "Oh btw your new rent is ......" You can call the customer service number but they won't do anything about it. Also, this place had my car towed from their lot without telling me. They had it towed and it sat in the lot for nearly a month before anyone told me. I had gone out of town for that time, and came back to my car being towed from their lot! I would not recommend this storage unit to anyone! there are better ones out there that are cheaper and probably won't raise your rent price 4 times in a year by a $160.00!!!!! I would suggest shopping around and ask if they will raise your rent price before choosing a place!! read more

Typical storage games. Raise the rates arbitrarily every chance they get. Even the location manager was shocked when they saw how much I was paying. 50% more than their off the street price due to these systematic increases over a few years to reward my stupid loyalty. But, there was nothing they could do to help but ask for a rent decrease of $30, maybe $40 a month (they again admitted even that would be paying way too much) - the max the district manager may allow. Anyway. Stay away from any public storage if you can. There are much better, more customer friendly options out there (cough cough.... cube smart... cough cough) that give site managers more discretion on what fair market rent is... you know, so they can make money AND keep loyal customers. What a novel concept. Anyway, closing this unit and another Public Storage unit and consolidating at a much nicer competitors unit to get away from this corporate garbage at Public Storage. read more

Raise their rates without ever telling you. My rates went up in a middle of pandemic. This company is controlled by greed. 9 plus million people in this country filled for unemployment and your going to raise rates? Wow just wow. Taking my money else where. Do not do business with them. read more

I bought this small storage 4 years ago when I moved out of my parents house,it was affordable at the time until they kept raising the prices from 102 to 162 I had no choice but to pay because I was homeless at the time waiting for my housing to come through years after I finally got housing. This unit always had rodents I didn't notice the activity of rodents until periodically cleaning out my untit making sure to not have any food or anything attracting them, the rodents stayed even after cleaning the whole unit, not sure where they were hiding I pulled everything out and swept everything threw trash away etc, the rodents got so bad I ended up throwing most of my shoes and clothes away because of the damage and poop all over, I have pictures of all the trash from shredded paperwork and fur dead rodents and feces so much trash that it took multiple shit y'all kitchen bags and a oversize Amazon bag to haul off all the trash from mouses and their poop. Definitely not worth $162.00 for the smallest unit lol gotta be kidding me!! read more

They drag you through an annoyingly long 18 point spiel about the unit, check boxes, etc. and then at the VERY END tell you that you are required to insure your stuff for an additional monthly fee. If you complain, the response is "that's our policy". That's close to fraud. read more

Great staff, decent prices and plenty of security. I like it! My fiancé and I have a unit here and we really did shop around to find the right place for us. The thing I like is that it is gated, code protected and each unit has security. When you are keeping half your belongings in a place you really need all that. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a storage place in the area I would say this is the best. read more

I have been storing household goods with this facility since 2009, and have been less than pleased to see my monthly rate steadily increase over the years. I am currently forced to pay $139.00 per month for a 5x10 storage locker, and I am disgusted that a new customer would only be charged $95 per month for the same sized unit. What is my reward for being a long-term customer? The reward is that I get to pay almost $40 MORE per month! What a rip-off! I called the facility and they informed me that the only way they could honor the lower rate was if I came and cleaned out my current locker and moved my items to a new one. Ok, that makes absolutely no sense to me, especially since I am an active duty military member and do not currently reside in Colorado. Furthermore, I contacted customer service to voice my concern, and they were no help in any way. I then requested to speak to a "manager" but all that got me was some other employee who was in no way willing to listen to me. Without a doubt the level of customer service at the corporate level is pathetic. read more

Anna was a star customer service agent at this Public Storage location, she answered all my questions, and gave me some great packing hints. She showed me the size I thought I would need, but I thought it might not fit my boxes and furniture. I called the next morning, asking if she had a larger unit, and she directed to another Public Storage location, not too far away which turned out to be the perfect size. She was so helpful, and understood the stress of packing and moving. I would highly recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs a short term or long term storage unit.
