I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for years at multiple locations. I have always been impressed by their level of customer service and convenient locations. I am currently storing items with this location on Tower Road. This location was owned by another company until recently. I've been extremely impressed by the level of customer service I have received from the new management. I have spoken with the manager Tiffany multiple times. I have always felt as if I were speaking with a friend rather than just another number. I have been able to get all of my questions answered with one phone call. I will update this post with photos when I stop by my storage unit in the near future. I'm happy to recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality, secure and outstanding customer support/service. read more

Rented a 10x20 storage for $138 a month. Two months later they raised the rate to $218 a month. Highway robbery.

Convenient location near the highway. The facility is clean! Jan was extremely helpful and very informative! She made sure our lock and gate codes worked before we left, even meeting us at that gate before we left. I highly recommend this place. read more

I came walking cause I didn't have the car and even due to the COVID she still helped me out fill out my lease through the window so I wouldn't have to go back home and do it on my phone. After reading all the raving reviews here and on google, decided to use this place for car storage while flying out of Denver. The process was smooth and efficient from calling to book the spot to dropping off the car. Everyone I spoke to or met with were the most pleasant people and Stefanie rocks! She answered all of my questions, helped me with getting a ride to the airport and just made me feel "at home". And on top of that with the current special, the 1st month is $22! read more

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a storage facility. When I moved in I was told I needed to pay for the insurance on the unit, so I did. Upon telling my friends they said that my homeowner's insurance covered it so I called the office here. I got a lot of run around about it from them, telling me that they would continue to charge me for the insurance unless I provided a full declaration page from my insurer, the bill wasn't enough. Then there were more problems, I couldn't email it, it had to be brought in. They were not willing to refund the money that I had paid to UNNEEDED insurance, even though they told me I HAD to have it and failed to mention that my homeowner's insurance covered it. We moved in November of 2016, now March of 2016 we got a notice that the rent is going up by $20 a month. Also, a card I gave them didn't work for payment so they called me to tell me that I needed to get on the website in five days to avoid late fees. I got on the website the 5th day, it required me to email them to get a password to set up the on-line payment account. For this reason the payment was late, and they were unwilling to overlook it, even thought the website didn't allow me to make payment on the last day before a penalty. Finally, when I called the corporate number this week to discuss all of this, they told me a manager would be calling to discuss all of this with me. GUESS WHAT, the manager that manages the site I'm at is the one they asked to call me, and she is the same person that has been involved with all of the problems mentioned. Well, her solution was to quote me a bunch of corporate policy talk and of course didn't offer any compromise or help. When I told her the low rental rate was a "bait and switch" tactic, she said they have the right to change the rent whenever they want. For all of these reasons I would advise you to find a different storage facility. We are going to Cubesmart self-storage in Northglenn. Much cleaner place, and I was told up front that I didn't need to buy their insurance if I had homeowners insurance. read more

Never thought putting stuff in storage would be so complicated!! From the moment I walked in and had to deal with the "assistant manager", I knew I should have gone elsewhere!! The kid was a complete jerk, and the whole time acted like he was doing me a huge favor by getting me set up. I sucked it up because I was in the process of moving and was too busy to look elsewhere. Two more incidents later and not even a month into having my stuff there I decided it was time to go.. This location lacks the concept of customer service! Tried talking to the district manager about how I'd been treated, and he wasn't really impressed, basically just listened and had nothing to say.. read more

This place is horrible. They took over and the service has gone downhill. My rollup door has been broken for over a year. They always have an excuse as to why it hasn't been fixed. But they managed to raise my rates 3 times during thos time amd I've not been able to enter my unit so I can't move out. Feels like my stuff is being held hostage. read more

Needed a storage facility convienent to airport side of town. I met the manager Stephanie who could not have been more friendly and nice. Showed me a unit that would work. It was clean and while no storage units in Denver are cheap these days it was reasonable. Stephanie keeps an eye on things and you feel like your belongings are as safe as possible. Highly recommended. read more
