Dwight did try to call me to confirm that we wanted the unit but I had my phone turned off. I think he went beyond my expectation to take care of us. We got there half hour too late, when we arrived there was a gentleman standing trying to get the unit rented, he succeeded...... Needless to say, we waited too long but they did try to take care of us, they ended up taking care of us, we got the same size unit but on the second floor. I WOULD recommend this place, it's extremely clean, they have 3 dolly that are great but they should add 1 to 2 more. I I love engaging with employees like these two. I hope from this good review for your employees that you at least buy them lunch for helping you run a successful company.

Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox. I was immediately greeted by a friendly face, Sheila, who is beyond amazing and couldn't be more grateful for her superb experience at this rough time. Yes, it was understandable the first or second times but by the 5th or 6th time, it's either a total scam that prevents you from getting your money back or the most inefficient, non-customer focused process in the history of storage centers. There is no water available next to it, so you cannot flush your tanks, like at almost every campground in America. Secondly, they charge you 10 dollars to use it. At the most, this should be 5 bucks, and ideally free for people that are paying to store their RV there. This is common practice in the Denver area. The rent here is a little less than most of the other places around town, but they'll nickle and dime you. Also, the 'free firewood' they advertise is basically just a pile of tree stumps and waste wood from who knows where, but it's not what you'd think it should be, none of it is ready to burn.
