If you decide to use the Public Storage located at 5775 Jellison in Littleton Colorado please make…read moresure you read the fine print. Every little bit of it because if you make one mistake the manager is going to treat you like you're a child disrespecting her whole family and then kick you off the premises and prevent you from renting storage space there. I have never ever in my 48 years of life been treated so disrespectful. It was my first time renting there or anywhere. If she would have came at me politely and was like "hey I don't know if you might have missed this in the fine print in the policy but you can't be doing that", things would have been fine but I asked her why she had to be so rude and disrespectful to us. I asked her why she couldn't come talk to us like human beings not like animals. And because I confronted her about the way she was treating us they left a note on our door that we have to be out. People like that should not be working in customer service at all because you don't talk down to people like they're inhuman and like their children disrespecting you or what not. I'm sorry if your children do disrespect you, you don't have to be treating other human beings like that. I work in customer service and I can never ever understand how somebody can treat another human being the way she treated us.

I have not been able to access our camper because I cannot get there during business hours when they are willing to come manually open the gate for me. So I will have to take a day off work to go claim my property and get the heck out of there. Eddie was extremely rude when discussing my problem and very unwilling to work with my situation. "You just expect me to sit there and wait for you to get there?" was his response to me. I attempted to call the after hours number and left a message for the manager and have never received a call back. The fence is falling down, there are areas of the fence cut into, the spaces themselves are crap. I would not trust your property there. Oh, and I learned today that there is rent increase "just like all places" I'm told. So today you will be charged $65 for the space I am currently paying $192 for! I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!

Update, still awful. I sent in all the paperwork for the break in at the beginning of December for…read morethe insurance. I asked them 3-4 times if they got it and they said yes and they submitted it. Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox. Not to mention, they also refused to let me use the truck when I moved in and they said that's free.

You'll see from my other reviews that I rarely give two stars. I just didn't have a good experience…read morehere. I actually rented from them for several years. At first, it was fine. You can go in at any time with your code. After a while, they started locking down the garbage outside. I was going through my mom's things after she passed away, and I had to take everything I wanted to throw away home with me. It was frustrating that they didn't have a way to take care of that there. I started to get a little sketched out when I went on the weekends. It was pretty empty, but I would run into people who gave the impression of hanging out (sitting in the hall, charging their phones.... No idea if they actually were living there, but it just gave me a weird vibe). I tried to go into the office to take care of a problem that I had and no one was in there during regular business hours. That was frustrating when I drove all the way there to meet with someone. I could've dealt with all that, but my last straw was after I had been paying on time for years, there was some situation with my credit card, and they charged me a late fee. I took care of it as soon as I got the email about it, but they wouldn't reverse the fee and because it was the weekend, they also disabled my code, so I couldn't get in. So annoying that they would throw away a good customer relationship just to get a late fee. I then packed up my stuff and moved somewhere else.
