I would ship boxes of clothing from this location, usually about five boxes. Then we could travel with small suitcases. Every box arrived safely, on time, and undamaged. A few months ago, I had to ship a purse to Louis Vuitton for repair. They sent me mailing labels, and a form for UPS to sign stating that it was a high-value item. The owner called me to tell me that a driver refused to sign it, but he would ask another driver. It took two tries, but he finally called me and said my purse was on its way! They're really nice, helpful people here. I stopped in today to drop off a giant lithium battery for a snowblower that only worked once. Apparently, it couldn't be dropped off at Whole Foods or Kohl's because I had to package it. So the UPS Store was my only choice for this particular Amazon return.

Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We weren't sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately! Moving in was much simpler since we just wanted all the boxes in the garage and all of the furniture in the living room. They cleaned up their truck, settled the final bill, and went on their way. Ended up being about $1400 and worth every penny to be all moved in with out the aches and pains and days it would have taken us!

They also used less materials which brought the quote down by a few hundred bucks so that was awesome. They even helped me move a heavy item I already had in my garage up to my main floor off the clock! They also purposefully left out an item that I previously broke and forgot to pack myself so that it did not get lost in the move. I love all of the work they are doing for their nonprofit and was happy to hear that my money will be going back into that. They just did my move today so I haven't unpacked yet, but I haven't noticed any damages so far to the furniture. The reviews really do speak for themselves and they will have a customer for life.

My friend had to move her father into memory care and hired A Move Handled with Care to help her…read more They did not complete the promised unpacking and hung a few pictures as they told my friend that they were stressed out from everything not fitting. My friend had to make the bed, set up the bathroom, put up the lamps, and hang the rest of the pictures. They are supposed to be the professionals who could plan this all out, but they were not prepared and were supposed to help until 4p but left by 2:30p. They blamed it on the movers and my friend. Really the stressed-out one was my friend as her dad loses his memories, and she is out thousands of dollars for not much help.

At pick up, it took a long time to find someone to help me. When he finally did. He did a lot of complaining about how many days in a row he has to work. At drop off, I waited a long time for somebody to help me. Eventually, I walked in and found everyone on their phone. Then I was chewed out for not waiting by my car... by the same guy who couldn't stop complaining in the morning. Very rude. Then he went back to his phone while someone else came out to help me.
