I love this store for for four reasons…read more The first is the staff! The are always so kind and helpful! I always leave there with a smile on my face. I'm also shocked at how unkind people can be to them, and they are still so helpful. The second is that it's a one-stop shop. I am surprised by how many services they offer. I rather go here then have to go to one of the office retailers and hope they have enough staff to take care of me. The third is its location! It couldn't be more convenient! Forth, they handle Amazon shipping returns. I don't do a lot of returns, but it's such an easy location to get in and out. They not only have parking right in front of the store, but there is a parking lot just a few feet away. If I could rate the employees and store more stars, I would've done so!

While moving from Centennial to Co Springs we had rented a U-Haul and thought, psh.. we got this!…read more(just the 2 of us...). Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We weren't sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately! Moving in was much simpler since we just wanted all the boxes in the garage and all of the furniture in the living room. They cleaned up their truck, settled the final bill, and went on their way. Ended up being about $1400 and worth every penny to be all moved in with out the aches and pains and days it would have taken us!

They got off to a rough start but they completed the move with no lost items and no damage.read more

I moved within Denver, and they met at my first location, moved the boxes to the truck quickly- I mean SPRINTING when they weren't carrying my items. They got to the new location and the team split in such a way that two guys were running up to unload items as one guy in the truck was putting items on carts/ handing them down so items were always moving and there was no moment that they weren't keeping everything flowing. In addition to all of these, the cost was within my budget and I cannot say enough how great this team was. I moved from the 1st floor to the third floor of an apartment building (with elevator). The whole thing took about 2.5 hrs. Alex helped organize the move and was a pleasure to work with. Customer service is definitely a top priority for Legacy Moving. David C was my crew lead and he was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Cierra and I set up a time to meet at my mother's place, discuss the move, tour the apartment, and inventory major items to be relocated. At that point, she was able to provide a very reasonable estimate that included everything from packing, transporting, unpacking and setting up the new room. A day later, she even designed a floor plan to ensure proper furniture placement. The entire move was managed without me ever needing to step foot in either facility on packing or move day. When I arrived at my mother's new place, it was as if a magic act had been performed. AMHWC had replicated the previous, comfortable and familiar environ to my mom's new home -- right down to replacing hundreds of collectible items in cases and arranging pictures on the walls to closely mimic how they'd been hung before. My friend had to move her father into memory care and hired A Move Handled with Care to help her…read more They did not complete the promised unpacking and hung a few pictures as they told my friend that they were stressed out from everything not fitting. My friend had to make the bed, set up the bathroom, put up the lamps, and hang the rest of the pictures. They are supposed to be the professionals who could plan this all out, but they were not prepared and were supposed to help until 4p but left by 2:30p. They blamed it on the movers and my friend. Really the stressed-out one was my friend as her dad loses his memories, and she is out thousands of dollars for not much help.
