Last year I had to move overseas came back 6 months later and they still continue to be so kind and generous. Everyone was so patient, and extremely helpful from start to finish. The GM stood out in particular--not only managing the location but actively working, moving, and helping customers directly. You don't see many general managers who stay that hands-on, constantly moving, helping, and going the extra mile like he does. The staff were also supportive and willing to assist in every way possible. Moving and organizing storage can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and well taken care of.
