Great location but when it snows super unsafe. I've been at this location for a couple of years. They don't plow in front of the office or in front of your outdoor storage. It's dangerous to enter and exit after just a few inches of snow. Irritating when your paying close to $2000 a month in rent. read more

Storquest Parker on Longs Way has denied access to my unit for over 30 days due to a faulty repaving effort, with no relief in site from StorQuest. I have had a pile of dirt in front of my unit for over 30 days and all StorQuest will do is give me lip service telling me that the work will be done shortly. The tenants at StorQuest are the ones suffering without access to their units because StorQuest contracted with a low-ball contractor who cannot complete the job. Think twice before renting storage there because there's quite a bit more paving that needs to be done there. Its taken over 45 days of shutdown for one lane of units to get as far, or not as far as they have done. read more

The staff is absolutely amazing and friendly, I stop in maybe once every 6 months and they always remember my name and say hi. I also always lose my keys and they just laugh and cut the lock for me without ever making me feel bad, they hold the key for me there now!! The prices are amazing and the facility is super clean and accessible! I 100% recommend! read more

I finished up our new house and no longer needed a storage unit. Closing out was easy, and the location manager made sure to coordinate the closing date to make sure I didn't have to pay for an extra month! I would definitely recommend this location. read more

1.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Former manager Richard, is no longer there. Thank goodness!!! We arrived with our professional movers truck full of our belongings only to find nobody at the office to give us codes, etc. We waited three hours and many phone calls to get someone over there to write our contract, let us in, etc. Needless to say we had to pay our truck drivers/movers an additional three hours to wait until someone arrived to let us in. We wrote, called, left messages, and even drove out there to contact Richard. NEVER any response at all! We had just been at our location to look at our unit and buy a lock before we arrived with the truck. Hunter showed us our unit (very nice guy) and assured us that someone would be there on the date that we were to arrive with the mover. 2. I understand that Richard and Hunter are no longer there. They must have felt DESPERATE when they hired MATT. SO RUDE, YELLS, IMPATIENT, TALKS OVER YOU and definitely has an anger issue. Good luck to the people who work with him. Might not have to encounter his wrath now, but just wait...it will come out! People who have that kind of anger don't just display it in one place...it's usually in all their dealings. Just a matter of time. 3. StorQuest charged and took money out of my automatic payment account for THIER insurance even though I had my own insurance. When I called to get it squared away Matt said "ok, we won't charge for insurance going forward since it does say in your file that you in fact DO have your own insurance. I then asked if he would please reimburse me past amounts that they charged me even though my insurance WAS on file. He said "I don't want to, and I shouldn't have to, but this time I will reimburse you." I said that that it's not really a favor....it's that they made a mistake and charged me for something they should not have. Anyway, it's been taken care of; so that's good! thanks! read more

Storquest is great! I recently just moved from Public Storage to Storquest because they offer climate controlled units, just in time for winter. Miles was a great help over the phone going over all the size and price options, and Bob was a huge help getting me all set up with my unit. The whole facility is a step up from Public Storage across the street - cleanliness, security, access, staff, even price! read more

We just moved stuff into a unit here, and so far, it has been a great experience. Very helpful staff, brand new facility, easy access. They explained very carefully about insurance, fees, monthly charges, etc., I guess some of the unhappy reviews are from people who didn't listen well. read more

Never had a problem. Customer service is great, location is kinda tough to get in and out of during busy hours though.

Just signed up and getting moved into a unit here. I was initially greeted and taken care of by Dai. He did an excellent job was very thorough, thoughtful and friendly. I've used public storage and uhaul before but so far StorQuest has them both beat. Nice work Dai! read more

After visiting several storage facilities in Denver I found Storquest to be the most convenient, affordable and its climate controlled. I thought storing items inside a building would be inconvenient, but they make it so easy. You just pull up to the door, a large flatbed dolly is waiting and you go right to your unit. The facility is so nice and new. There are several security measures and codes along with a key to your unit so it is super secure. I would highly recommend storquest. read more

I belong to a non-profit organization. We rent a storage unit to keep the things we use at our annual show and sale. A couple years back we moved our stuff to StorQuest. And we were happy with StorQuest until this year. In March, they began charging a mandatory $12 per month for renters insurance. A couple months later I needed to put something in our storage unit. But my key wouldn't work. Another person also has a key. Her key wouldn't work either. So it obviously was not our lock. StorQuest drilled out the lock. We discovered our cash register and an laptop computer were missing. We contacted the insurance company. We were told that we had to file a police report. The policeman indicated that there was a rash of storage facility burglaries in the area. Same MO. Someone comes in and either drills the lock or picks it. They take what they want out of the unit and replace the lock. No one is the wiser until the next time they try to access their unit. Insurance company denied the claim because there was "no visible signs' that the lock had been broken. We immediately provided StorQuest with proof of insurance thru a reputable insurance company and cancelled StorQuest's mandatory insurance. Their ads say they are a "state of the art" facility with digital gate entry and 24 hr monitoring. But they use cheap common locks and their monitoring system obviously didn't stop the thieves or get them on video. read more

For the past seven months I have had the pleasure of working with StorQuest, having both an indoor 10x10 unit and an outdoor 10x20 unit to store work materials. I have to say, I have yet to see a better storage operation than what Bob and Dave have going over there. They go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and support (in addition to keeping the facility in top-notch condition), and that made both my job and my storage experience very easy. I would 100% recommend storing here, any others who disagree must be crazy or something. read more

This facility is in a great location, has climate controlled units, is well laid out, is very clean and has excellent customer service. I have been incredibly happy with my experience here. The facility is monitored with video cameras all over and their units lock in a way that no one can just cut your lock off. This made me feel very safe leaving my belongings there. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking to for storage. Lastly, Bob helped us locate a unit, move in and was very friendly and helpful anytime I saw him subsequently at the facility. If i could give 0 stars i would. I have never had such a poor experience with a storage company. Despite having cleared out my unit with a staff member and signing paperwork in the building showing that i was no longer using the unit I am still being pestered by bills? This is absolutely unacceptable and I can confidently say that I will never use StorQuest or any affiliates of the company ever again. An absolute joke. read more

The employees and the cleanliness of the facility are great. When we moved in using the courtesy truck, John the driver went out of his way to help us.
