This place is not safe for anyone. There is homeless people that are allowed to live in storage units, late at night when passing by, you can see an extension cord with a lamp plugged in, as well as a blanket hanging over the opening for "privacy". Always the same units too. It has become a trailer park on the street parking where potential customers park but they conveniently start showing up once it's getting dark out. Not only trailers but people living and sleeping in beat up vehicles and as crazy as it sounds, even an old beat up school bus. Not to mention most vehicles that park/live there are not registered and have no plates. Not normal looking people but druggies. I can attest to this as I drive by it everyday because I live in the neighborhood. Our children can't feel safe playing outside and I myself can't even do my daily walk routine out of fear for my safety. This business's bushes are becoming a trash dump, accumulating more and more trash every single day that I drive by there, it's disgusting. There is also people often laying on the grass and sleeping near the bushes. It's become horrible and then we have notified the owner, but she acts like she is blind to the situation. It's obvious to everyone who passes by what's going on there. I have notified HOA as well as the Denver police department, so have other people in the community! The Denver police department has notified HOA, who then notified us home owners about patrolling the area and taking whatever action necessary to help solving this issue. People are welcome to live how they want, but if they want to do so I think they should go to designated spot where parking randomly and frequently is not a safety hazard to families living in the community. In my opinion, this is not how legit business is ran, and it just seems sketchy to me. I personally would not feel comfortable putting my personal belongings in a place like this. Sorry for the long review, but I felt that it was important for potential customers to know what they are possibly getting themselves into before doing so, especially if it involves the risk of being robbed or possibly hurt. read more
