Michael was very helpful in helping me get a 5x5 storage unit. He gave me a tour of the property and showed me how everything worked. Here you get a personal lock for your unit, and also there is an app on the phone that you can use to open the gate. I used the unit to store detailing equipment and I was able to fit everything in there. read more

I had $10,000 worth of personal belongings stolen from my storage unit here. Due to the limited security on the property--only one security camera--the culprits were not identified. Additionally, after I relocated to another state, Public Storage increased my rent without my knowledge. I would strongly advise storing your items with a different company. read more

After a long day of packing a moving truck and pulling in to empty it into storage, I realized I had picked the wrong size unit and was in quite a bind. After a quick conversation with Michael about my situation, he had me in new unit within minutes and the transfer was so easy! He was incredibly kind, helpful and understanding and helped a long day end well! The unit was very clean and also had a light for easy use of the space day or night. I would 100% recommend this location! The price was right as well... even with my mistake and needing a bigger unit on the spot just 45 mins before Michael's day was over! read more

Six months ago they let someone come in and make changes to my contact by upgrading it. They were going to open it to let them start moving stuff out even though that person wasn't on my account and I didn't even know the person. I was lucky that I have alerts set up or all my stuff would have been gone! Now, they've locked me out despite my rent being paid. If you don't pay the rent, they are supposed to put a combo lock on. No, this is a key lock like the ones they sell!!! So now my lock is missing. They are supposed to be there until 6. The office was locked and dark before 6! Customer service was like oh well sorry. There are plenty of other storage places around here. Go to one that is not Public Storage!!! read more

Over the many years that I have been with Public Storage, they have continually raised the rent from $75 to $170. And that wasn't just an "introductory" rate. This was mind you, during the lockdown and continually have since then for the same unit with ZERO improvements or changes. Public Storage is a predatory company, they take advantage of their customers and I would recommend you find another set of units from all of the other available one's that exist and not get squashed by these soulless humans. read more

I am almost sorry to have to give this particular location a one star review as it is clean and maintained....but I chose Public Storage based on these yelp reviews and none of them mention SERIOUS PROBLEMS with this company. We rented a 10'x20' unit for $180 a month prior to a military deployment. At no time were we told this was a "promotional rate" and as of today the listed website rate is $175. Three months later, with 13 days notice, our rate was raised to $235 - more than a 30% hike for no reason! We called the office and were told they have no control over pricing and "National does this all the time." We called the national office and made a BBB complaint and still can't get this fixed. We've were actually told when we called a second time that "you should be happy...we can raise the rate again any time." Was that a threat?? We're working with vets organizations right now to get help moving our stuff and call attention to this shady practice which hurts deployed military especially hard as it's not possible to fly home and move everything to another facility. Shame on you Public Storage! read more

I have to say, I was handed pretty crappy circumstances that landed my family and myself in dire need to find a storage unit, quick. Michael and his team were caring, fast acting and very helpful in this process. The storage units were impeccably clean and secure. Unlike other storage unit facilities I've seen where it seems like everyone has access to the property-- this facility required you to have a pretty lengthy gate code both to enter AND to exit. Some may see this as excessive, I took it as reassurance that my things are safe. I cant thank Michael and his team enough for being there when I most needed and I'd definitely recommend them as your first choice the next time you either need to get all of your belongings to a safe place ASAP or if you just need a little more wiggle room in your life! read more

It was easy to reserve online-in fact you get a better deal by doing so. Check in was easy, I was escorted to my unit and all safety features like timed lighting were pointed out. Carts are locked up due to lots of thefts of them, but i own a dolly anyhow. Carts are available as long as someone's in office to unlock for you. Unit was clean, hallways clean, and gate needs code for both entry and exit. I'm reassured my things are safe. read more

Michael is the man! It snowed the day before I moved out of the unit. When I showed up, I realized that Michael shoveled my unit door clear so that I could quickly and easily access my belongings. Not only that, since you have to put a code in for entrance and exit, Michael let me in and out automatically during my many trips back and forth, alleviating the need for me to get in and out in freezing cold and snow. If I should ever need storage again, I will be renting from this location because of Michael's customer service! read more

Never, ever store here. Had our unit ransacked and the employees have made every attempted to try and blame us for our items being taken (I'm sure it's protocol). We received a call the day before Christmas that our unit was unlocked (not locked properly) and that public storage had placed one of their locks on the unit. We came as soon as we could and my husbands golf clubs and our computer are no where to be found. My husband and I are professionals and would have never "miss locked" our unit the way they claim it was. It is anything but ironic that we purchased the lock from public storage and The employee that checked us in spoke to my husband about his golf clubs (and courses) for 30mins. Of course there is no video footage and The insurance we paid monthly for most likely Will not cover the claim. Just a warning to anyone else who thinks their possessions are safe at this storage facility!! they are not!!! read more

As aways I have waited till the last minute to find a place, and my boyfriend is moving out of state temporarily, and we had to just go the storage unit route for a little bit... And this Public Storage has been wonderful to work with. Rachel was extremely helpful to me yesterday( especially because it seemed like I wasn't paying attention because I trying to get a rental application in) and had no problem showing me different sized units. ( which thank god I went with the bigger unit) Mike had been in contact with me the couple days prior, confirming my reservation, asking questions to make sure my needs were met.
