Moved into storage unit this week. Staff was helpful prior to move with good call backs to questions and concerns. Building appears clean and is in a relatively good area. read more

DISGUSTING AND AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE - these ladies would not let me in at 5:15pm even though they were sitting in there working. nowhere online or on their doors does it say they close at 5pm but if they want to lose business and a customer, be my guest. such a shame because the other public storages i toured had the kindest reps that recommend recommended this location to me based on my needs, but i will be going elsewhere based off this one interaction and i recommend you do too. read more

Public Storage - -10000/10 customer service reps - Self Storage Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Great location and very clean. Wide variety of cubical sizes at a reasonable price. Good value

Its funny how the manager is at the storage unit every day of the month except for 1 day before the end of the month and then the next 5 consecutive days she is no where to be found so someone can pay cash for their storage rent. And then on the day late fees are added to your bill she conveniently shows up. What a racket. As if we are not already being over charged!! Come on public storage. Stop this practice and get on the customer service program! read more

Very clean. I always had pleasant interactions with the on-site staff. My knock is that my rent doubled in the two years I was there. Given the unforeseen and unpredictable rate increases, I decided to find another operator. read more

Connie is so helpful when I come and she is always willing to go the extra mile. We need more people like her in this world! Also met Sterling the other day and she is so sweet as well even when she was busy! I am grateful for both these ladies, if it weren't for them I would have moved my storage! Thank you guys so much. Give them both a raise!! read more

The best thing about public storage is, I don't have to pay their outrageous prices anymore. Between dodging the homeless people other scum bags. It just doesn't feel safe. I found an independent storage unit three blocks away. That is excellent. read more

I do not recommend this place. I was here a little over a year. Rates increased from $39 per month to $91! We smelled pot a few times on the 3rd floor when moving things in and out. I'm pro weed, but I just found it an odd place to light up. read more

Well, all I can say to anyone wanting to rent from Public Storage the insurance they offer is optional and not required. When I went to rent my storage unit I was told I needed their insurance and not just some insurance. If you have renters insurance or homeowners insurance that covers an outside storage unit that will suffice. I did not learn this until after reading my contract. Always take time to read your contract and don't be rushed. I was asked to bring in proof of my insurance by the sales associate which is NOT required. Also I wanted a basement unit or a 1st floor unit and I was given a unit on the 3rd floor at the back of the facility it seems. The property manager Grace and the Area manager Aaron were both there when I went in today to complain. They did offer an apology, which I did appreciate. Wish I had a pleasant experience but I didn't, but I am giving it 2 stars because they did apologize. read more

Marina was wonderful. She walked me through every step of the registration process and was extremely helpful. The storage facility is sparkling clean, they have taken appropriate COVID-19 measures and getting my first unit was a breeze. 1,000% happy! I'd recommend this location to anyone! read more

They are always dependable and available, even during a last minute emergency! The units are super clean. And their communications are very helpful. read more

The individual managing the location named Joe was outstanding. He went way above and beyond in helping us. We're hopeful someone in management sees this review and realizes what a great employee they have! Thank you Joe!!! read more

There is never anyone in the front office. They also do not prorate your monthly payment based on when you vacate the unit. Paid a full month for three days of storage. Absolute joke. read more

I've had nothing but a bad experience with this company. I received a final warning but never got a first warning. Now being threatened that my lease will be terminated and access hours limited. I've been lied to by all employees at this location about the temperature of the climate here. It is awful everytime i go here to retrieve items out of my unit. The temperature is always 85°-95°, which causes the sweat to start dripping off me the second i step onto my floor. When addressed with the employees I'm told a work order had been put in but nothing was ever done. Until one day the higher ups from corporate were there and the temperatureall of a sudden got much cooler, Until they left of course and then the temperature went right back up. I've never been treated so poorly from the moment i arrived. Is this how you treat your customers and how business is done now a days? It's interesting how i got this "final" warning after i left a bad review a few days previous! RETALIATION??? I'm starting to think so. read more

Clean and easy to move into. I was concerned about the elevator and moving, but the elevator is large and multiple carts make moving a breeze. read more

first off the specials they run are actually just a way to bait you in. Said 1$ for first month and left paying 51$-5 for using my card. Went to a location on 1042 S Parker rd after hours and found out the carts are locked up after business hours??? so maybe you should tell folks when you advertise that the carts are locked up after 6pm and that they will have to hump there belongings themselves, Highly unacceptable. I'll never go back to public storage. I want a refund right now right now read more

This is a well run facility. It is very clean. Mark and Marina were very helpful and friendly. Also, I was pleased to see all the COVID-19 precautions that were being taken. Thank you. read more
