The Right Move was very responsive to our questions during the booking process. On our moving day, they were careful and trustworhty with our things, efficient with time, and very pleasant and professional during the whole process. We split our move into two parts. On Friday we had OTHER movers load our truck and then Isaiah, Anthony, and Ernesto unloaded our truck on Saturday. The only reason we did not have them load our truck on Friday was because it was out of their area and we didn't want to pay the extra fee. I regret this and next time will choose The Right Move even with the extra fee. Moving is always a stressful thing because your personal belongings are being handled by other people. The Right Move has always made it a peaceful process! Just some tips to other people. Put your things in boxes. It helps the movers do their job efficiently. Also things can break even when a box has NOT been dropped. Make sure you pack properly by using materials such as bubble wrap.
