The initial fee was not some low fee that was then jacked up which was our experience at another nearby storage facility that we had for my elderly parents. Additionally Flatirons has all indoor storage areas. Our unit was clean and climate-controlled and for a price LESS than what we paid at the outdoor unit we had for my parents. The woman working in the office was always helpful - and available for questions. Flatirons had dollies available for use which was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this place.

An issue with the automatic security doors not working at one time was resolved relatively quickly. Both Cathy and Ian were very easy to deal with and were very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. I would definitely use them again.

I rented 2 units from previous owners who were great with 24hr access. New owners changed access to 12 hours 7-7 and if you try to get in at 640pm the gates wont even let you in that late! Even worse if you leave 1 second late at 7:01pm you are screwed! 1 they lock you in and you have to call Broomfield Police to be let out after they run your name, 2 they charge you $150 FEE for being 1 minute late and lock you out until paid in full. Just the worst evil crooks in the business. Then when i gave them 29 days notice I was moving out they told me I would have to pay another month cuz I didn't give them 30 full days notice! So I had to pay a extra months rent and had to go sign exit papers which I did and then they stated that I never signed the exit papers and charged me additional 4 more months rent with late fees and sent me to collections! I called them and told them everything was signed, my units were swept and we even wiped down the walls and that they were empty on the last day of the extra month after I gave them 29 days notice, then 30 days notice and they still wouldnt even call me back. They just left a message 1 time a month for 4 more months saying my rent was late and had late fees added. My weekly calls to them stating that I had a signed copy of the exit paperwork and tbat my units were empty did any good. The owners just kept charging me with late fees and never called me back. DO NOT RENT HERE! LIARS CROOKS AND THE WORST EVER TO DEAL WITH!
