No response. I then called the office line twice, no response. I then called and texted the two owner numbers on the voice message for emergencies and "moves in progress." NO RESPONSE except being yelled by one contact when I was mistaken for a telemarketer before even saying my name. No response from the owner to text either. I had to scramble and find other movers. The cost of doing that same day was extraordinary. I may have been willing to wait for them but never got a response. The only thing I needed was communication. A text with an updated ETA. A basic response. But to be 3 hours over the window with no update is wild. I still have received nothing from the business directly, only a third party. It's too bad because they came highly recommended and I love supporting local businesses.

All My Sons movers saved us much more money. My wife and I used these movers in 2022 when they were a locally owned business. They were bought by America First Moving at some point (a nationwide company), and they decided to leave the website URL and changed the phone number to forward the calls to this other company. Quote was nearly triple the amount, and I needed to lock in a moving date, so I signed some contracts. When I decided to cancel, I got a call from someone who wasn't nearly as helpful as setting up the moving date, and this person used my frustration to make me seem like I was escalating the situation. He used scare tactics such as "Because this call is recorded, you may not be eligible for a refund based on your contradicting explanation". I was practically villainized for misunderstanding the refund policy - there should be no shame in shooting your shot when you feel like you've been tricked into thinking you're using the same moving company's website's phone number. You will not get all your money back if you sign the contract, and I was lucky to get even half a refund. I was inside my local bank branch to dispute the transaction on the 10th business day following the cancellation, when I finally saw the promised refund in my account before following through with the dispute. We used All My Sons Movers to remedy the situation for a way better price. I can't emphasize this enough: *this is NOT Elite Movers Denver. It IS America First Moving*.

I have done many moves and have hired my share of movers and this was by far the worst experience I…read morehave ever had. Chris was incredibly unprofessional and was clearly moving slowly to run up the time. It took the full 4 hours (for a load and unload) I booked to move a two bedroom apartment and they weren't able to complete the job. They poorly packed the truck, so they weren't able to fit all of our items in the truck. Despite saying they would prioritize our larger items (of which we only had a few pieces), they did not and we were still left with a queen bed and twin daybed at the end of the time. I felt incredibly uncomfortable about Chris's attitude when I asked (politely) how long he thought it would take to complete the job because this was not a typical experience for me, he became aggressive, hostile, and raised his voice saying, "Are you saying we're moving too slowly?" and was extremely defensive. I was so uncomfortable and felt unsafe due to his behavior, so I released the funds to them when the time was up, but I regret letting them so blatantly take advantage of the time. For example, I saw Chris maybe one time in the first hour they were working, while his partner moved our things--and he was moving stackable crates so I know it certainly did not take an hour to load those in the truck. After I confronted them, I could tell they were moving even slower and I saw my items sitting in the hallways as I went down there and he and his partner were both just standing by the truck. Given the other review, this is clearly a pattern and a way to get more money doing less work. Avoid at all costs!!
