Horrendous experience…read more I used this facility to store my luggage as I was having a StopOver at Denver and didn't wanted to carry on with our stuff all around and still regreting. When contracting we scheduled a move out date 3 days later and were advised to empty our locker and left the keys at the entrance drop box, and so we did. A couple months later I received an email requesting due payments with fees. I couldn't reach them by mail nor phone ( I don't live in the USA). I did the payment to avoid problems and scheduled a move out date online to end up this matter, but still everything is going on, apparently it is not possible to cancel the contract and I find no solution from them. I am absolutely desperate about the situation.

So I went the next day and he didn't show up nor did I get a call back. So the ppl complaining about the management not showing up are correct. I felt like I was being screened for an apartment rather than renting a storage unit. My time is just as valuable as his but that's not what the manager thinks. Now I have to reschedule the moving truck I was planning on using. My advice is to stay away from this place and they probably did me a favor by showing me who they were before I spent any money with their facility.

And I've never had an issue getting in or out. The dude downstairs is always helpful when I forget the number of my unit (I know, sorry). But he's really cool and willing to assist and overall I feel safe here, which is nice, because visiting a storage unit alone almost always feels akin to a scene from a horror movie. "Why are you going in there alone?" "Why are you turning down that dark scary hallway?" The elevator is kind of scary and old and the flickering fluorescent lights are a bit unnerving, but all seems relatively well and safe here. Sure, I'm used to living in the suburbs. But I still feel like it's not terribly convenient to have a storage unit off a big busy street with meter parking (maybe you get a spot right out front, maybe not) when you're trying to pick up heavy boxes of stuff and get them to your car. They have dollys and all, but it's still odd to me to be wheeling personal items down Broadway to your car. Keep in mind they have standard biz hours so you can't make any late night stops!
