i've been at the E. Smoky Hill Public Storage site for a few years now. Mark has always provided me great customer service. Today, Mark and Chance were amazing! I had to transfer units from a bigger space to a smaller space. They both made the transition seamless. They were courteous, professional, respectful. They even located me a space right across from the vacated space which made the moving process so much easier. That was a blessing, considering that I have a wrist injury, and I was doing the move by myself. They cared enough to help me the best way that they could by finding me a close space to move into. I have been using the Public Storage facility at16606 Smoky Hill Rd Aurora, CO 80015. I have been storing some of my extra stuff there for 6 months (I'm a renter). I have no problem with the managers or associates there, and the facility seems to be always clean and well maintained. I have an issue with the price they are now charging me after 6 months of storage. It will go from 76.00 (for a 5X10 storage unit), to 98.00 per month. That is a 23% increase. That's BS. They got you. They got your stuff. Pay or get your stuff the **** out. Well, I'm getting my stuff out. I'm not going to pay Public Storage to ass-rape me every month. I'll take my money and walk away. read more

I showed up to my scheduled appointment 30 mins early and Malcolm helped me get my unit set up. He explained all of the specifics regarding terms and unit information. I really like the 16606 E Smoky Hill Rd Public Storage facility; it's clean, secure, and always has moving carts available! Their customer service is pretty impressive too: the manager is super nice and very understanding. I had an issue with cancelling my unit and then needed it back; the price had gone way up, but they honored my contract since no time had elapsed between cancelling and again needing that unit. read more

(07/20/2020) I was very specific about the units I needed. I needed two units. One indoor with climate control and one outdoor where I could pull right up to the front of it. The indoor unit was correct the outdoor unit wasn't. (07/21/2020) Eric tried to help me get a refund on the incorrect unit, but his manager did not want to budge. When the manager and I tried to get in contact with each other its like we were playing phone tag. I was never able to reach him. (07/20/2020) I believe I'm still owed a refund on the incorrect unit (E139) because the person who assisted me in getting the units did not offer to show me the units. I didn't push it, one because I was specific on what I needed, and two because of COVID. Not to mention, my husband got wet paint on his clothes while we were moving in because there were no wet paint signs up. When I told the older woman in the office about the wet paint she was annoyed and did not put any signs up. :/ We had to get another unit at a different Public Storage location because this location did not have the outdoor unit I needed. read more

the unit is horribly placed...you can barely get to it...it flooded, and no one notified me...also the rent went wayyyyyyyyyyyy up with no notice...and they claim that its allowable to do that without justification or notice we move out at the end of the month cannot wait read more
