Every little bit of it because if you make one mistake the manager is going to treat you like you're a child disrespecting her whole family and then kick you off the premises and prevent you from renting storage space there. I have never ever in my 48 years of life been treated so disrespectful. It was my first time renting there or anywhere. If she would have came at me politely and was like "hey I don't know if you might have missed this in the fine print in the policy but you can't be doing that", things would have been fine but I asked her why she had to be so rude and disrespectful to us. I asked her why she couldn't come talk to us like human beings not like animals. And because I confronted her about the way she was treating us they left a note on our door that we have to be out. People like that should not be working in customer service at all because you don't talk down to people like they're inhuman and like their children disrespecting you or what not. I'm sorry if your children do disrespect you, you don't have to be treating other human beings like that. I work in customer service and I can never ever understand how somebody can treat another human being the way she treated us.

So the special move in offer was good for 2 months. The person that set me up in the unit didn't disclose that after "3 months" the rent increases then it's annually. Last time I checked the unit didn't get any bigger for the added $10 a month more. $10 more a month sounds petty but I picked them because of the reasonable price. Im stuck there and will figure it out when the feel like raising the price again. In other words ask questions. Not pleased at all.

Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management). Units stay pretty cool or warm because of the way these units are put together compared to all other storage facilities we looked at. Renting a Uhaul on site was an added bonus and again Chris was very friendly and again efficient renting that out to me.
