Very impressed with how clean and well lit it is. And I appreciate the "green" nature of the building. We've never rented a storage unit before, and Greenbox has set the bar very high! It was a great help to have the truck for our move in and it was easy to drive. Today, we had to rent a second, smaller, unit as we had maxed out the large unit we first rented. The manager gave me a great deal as we were already tenants and it's perfect for what we need. As I was walking back to my car though, I saw that somehow I had gotten a flat tire! Don't worry, my tires weren't slashed! There was a piece of metal embedded in the tread. Anyway, the manager, upon seeing me jack the car up, came out and offered to help remove the tire. This is a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations. While I hope we don't need a storage unit on a regular monthly basis, we will definitely seek out a Greenbox location the next time we're in the market for storage. Highly impressed!!

I then told them a month ahead of time I was moving out and was made to pay for an entire month two days before I moved out. They then wanted confirmation of my move out so they can rent it again while I had the unit paid for for the entire month. This is $660. extra I've had to pay as well as they're going to re-rent my unit making them another $330. Very greedy practice. The manager was very unhelpful and gaslighted me when I told him I didn't ask for the free month at the time.

Also stupid: code required for both the elevator and the exit gate. Yeah, yeah, security, but still a giant pain. And yes, other storage companies also constantly raise their prices. It's a horrible industry, and I will never use a storage unit again. The good: Amazing site manager, Desiree, in Lone Tree. Five stars for her, zero for the company. She's a genuinely kind and helpful person. She listened patiently to my complaints, and helped me when she could. She does an excellent job. The facility is always clean, she's usually in the office to answer the phone or questions, and she's extremely pleasant and personable. I was exceedingly unhappy to get slapped with a late fee because I was told the wrong date, but she tried to fix it for me. Couldn't, but she tried. I had removed the autopay option because i don't like them grabbing money. And i knew that I was removing my stuff.

Each and every employee is very friendly and efficient. Chris has been exceptional to work with. Prices here are far better than the surrounding storage facilities (especially now under new management). Units stay pretty cool or warm because of the way these units are put together compared to all other storage facilities we looked at. Renting a Uhaul on site was an added bonus and again Chris was very friendly and again efficient renting that out to me.

Patrick the property manager is one of the most most genuine human beings I've had the pleasure of dealing with. During our move in, mid-snowstorm, he was out shoveling and plowing the property, coming by our unit multiple times during our move to make it easier for us to move in. Storage units I feel are a situation where there is never a problem until there is one. Fortunately we never had any issues. Working with Patrick was very easy on move-in all the way to move-out. I'd be happy working with them again in the future if needed.
