If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Made all my payments. Then scheduled my move out, and moved out of my unit. I've since moved away, but these people continue to call me and ask for money because I left one of their generic locks on the unit. They pretend that they don't have the means to remove it, while also pretending that I haven't moved out of the unit. They continue to harass me for money, while threatening to sell the contents of my unit, even though there's nothing in there because I moved out lol. Unprofessional amateurs. read more

I havehad several storage units in my past and this location has been the worst experience. Im all for increasing prices if it is to increase the value but that is not the case here. They increase prices for no reason. I went from paying less tahn 100/month to over 160/month. I've been trying to move my stuff since Dec 15th and cant get all my stuff out because the elevator is broken and wont be fixed until FEB. So basically my stuff is being held hostage and they are threating me with collections to pay the bill but I cant get my appliances out the unit. This place is RAGGEDY AND FILTHY, the bathroom is DISGUSTING, trash all over the place, the carts are never available, and I believe people are living there. There is no reason for rate increases if you aren't taking care of the property. I've been waiting on the propertymanager to call but all I got was collection calls. Even their insurance provider is TRASH. My unit was burgularized in Oct and my claim still isnt processed. YEP, my unit was broken into and trashed and their response was to increase my rate. DO NOT store your valuables here. My storage unit was broken into and the management has been horrendous. There's lack of cameras and administration is understaffed leading to this messed up attitude. I have a police report that states David Buck the district manager failed to contact the police after requesting video footage from one singular camera.. there is no security and ANYONE can access the facility if the door is open.. a horrible experience and changes should be made to people who actually care. if you'd like to be r*ped with no l*be, this is the place for you. not literally of course. but our first month we paid $30. our second month we paid like $150. every month since then, the price has gone up, and now we are paying over $400 a month for a storage unit that we don't even get 24 hour access to! i will say they were gracious with a few payments that were a little late, so I do appreciate that. However I don't appreciate that they actually go into your unit and move things around. I spoke to another person who had a storage unit rented here who told me they did the exact same thing with the cost of hers, it went up every month even though we both thought we "locked in" our rate when we signed up. And they terminated her contract because she was there late on two occasions and he phone had died so she didn't even know she was late. She got locked in there all night because her phone was dead and she didn't have a charger. So they canceled her rental agreement, so if there's any technological or electrical issues, consider yourself s*it outta luck. Also, on 3 different occasions of me moving large items in or out of my storage unit, all 3 times, when I was DONE moving things, an employee came to tell me they had hand carts in the office that I could use. Like thanks for informing me again when I was done moving my stuff. Very considerate. The only other plus is that I don't THINK anyone has broken into our unit at this location. And my son fell backwards in the hallway and had to get stitches in the back of his head because he hit it on the corner Which is lined with a steel plate so it split his head right open. There was so much blood and my poor baby just wouldn't stop crying. It was so sad. And they didn't even notice or say anything. Just kind of wild to me. I wouldn't be able to not try to help if I saw that happen to some kid. And if i only saw it on the cameras or whatever, I still would have made a point to find out who it was and made sure they were okay. read more

It's overpriced they had me paying $130 when they were renting the same unit out for 60. Not to mention there wasn't proper draining so there was flooding of 2-3 feet of water in my unit. Save your money and go somewhere else read more

Was so surprised by how painless and easy it was to rent a storage space for a few months. Ended up in a pinch and at the last second needed somewhere to store my precious snowboard gear before taking off to surf for a few months. At the time I was a bit hesitant to try a storage space and I was also short of time. Lucky for me everything from reserving the space, to moving in was convenient and efficient. From start to finish Nancy was extremely knowledgeable and competent, she answered all my questions, was always quick to respond and was so incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and I can't thank her enough. This location was easy to get to and not too far from the airport which is why I chose it but Nancy was a real gem, I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a storage unit. read more

I was worried about getting a storage unit. I was able to get a unit within 20 minutes. When I went to cancel, I was worried it would be a hassle. I had past experience at a different one that was awful. I called ahead and talked to Nancy. She was the nicest person ever. She made the cancellation painless and easy. This place is a scam. They get you with a cheap deal. I found a 10x5 for $99 a month. After two months, they upped my rent by over $45. I had to call them to see if i could change my due date because i get paid in the middle of the month,they refuse to let me change it so they can hit me with late fees and when asked about upping the rent, they said they can do that at anytime as it is a month to month contract that can be altered by them without your signature. I am now paying over $161 a month because they upped rent without telling me and refuse to work with me on the due date knowing i dont get paid until after they start charging late fees.** THEEEENN they called today to ask me to delete my post, and told me i should be happy they gave me a "discount" of $10 MORE than the lease i signed. And even tried to tell me they are also giving it to me for the month of April only and prices can go back up after that. Complete scam. Do NOT rent here. read more

Since COVID started I rented online and it was very simple and fast! I had my code to get into the facility the night I finished the application, the lock was in the unit waiting for me when I arrived which made things extremely simple. Everything was on the text message (building number, unit number, access code) what I really like about this storage unit as well is they have a moving dolly to help move your furniture which my other storage unit did not. Also you can't beat the prices with the promotions as well. Very glad I picked this storage unit over the other ones. read more

I absolutely would not rent from here. Very unprofessional, I had a scary situation dealing with their front desk associate. He had a complete meltdown and yelled at me accusing me of stealing his trash can. If you're a single female on the property alone that could be a very dangerous situation. read more

We rented an indoor unit for a year and had no troubles. The minor comment is that the rent went up mid-stream a few dollars. It was a climate controlled unit. The area feels fairly safe and we had no problems. The star of this place is Cheryl, she helped us every time we need anything and it was settled fast and friendly. We'd rent here again. read more

This place is way overpriced especially for the property. On one whole side there is only 1 light that has ever worked and the rest is pitch black. I've previously rented from CubeSmart and this place is totally opposite. The units are filthy and you can guarantee that your unit will have mice and tons of other pests. They supposedly give u a good move in deal, but for current customers they don't work with you at all if you want to change to a larger or climate controlled unit. Ugh read more

The unit and area is very dirty security is clearly lacking; as they have no carts to assist you moving your items, because they were all stolen. Apparently months ago, and haven't been replaced. Further the units have had break-ins as recent as last week. So again not very clean, not very secure, and very expensive especially for what you're getting! One last update. The place is still dirty and their policies about getting into my business as a form of customer service are disturbing. But I went in today to turn in my lock. And I was greeted by the nicest young lady, Heather. Big smile, cheerful tone. She asked how she could help and I said that I had been there on Sunday and... she stopped me there. But not in a rude way. In a very helpful, pleasant way. And she could have been rude. I am obviously a problem customer. She simply asked if I had such and such locker. I said I did. She took the keys from me and told me the manager would do my refund and she wished me a nice day. She was bubbly, just on the good side of perky. Maybe Heather does training. read more

Good location. Prices are competitive. Friendly and professional staff. High ceilings of climate controlled units allow for more space than competitor units. One suggestion: There is only one cart for pulling your stuff from the entrance to your storage unit. Having two carts with a policy that only one can be used for a particular unit, would be helpful. read more
