She also said that they had one left on the 1st floor. She informed me that she personally was not at this particular location but she would let Dwight know I would be contacting him soon. Dwight did try to call me to confirm that we wanted the unit but I had my phone turned off. I think he went beyond my expectation to take care of us. We got there half hour too late, when we arrived there was a gentleman standing trying to get the unit rented, he succeeded...... Needless to say, we waited too long but they did try to take care of us, they ended up taking care of us, we got the same size unit but on the second floor. I WOULD recommend this place, it's extremely clean, they have 3 dolly that are great but they should add 1 to 2 more. I I love engaging with employees like these two. I hope from this good review for your employees that you at least buy them lunch for helping you run a successful company.

Moving by myself...well, you know. It was crucial having a reliable storage unit to keep my things until I had time to move everything to my new home. ExtraSpace in Littleton took all the stress out of one of the biggest elements of my moving process. They were responsive, professional, and always willing to save me money. Rather than try to sell me higher-priced options, they gave recommendations I knew were in my best interest. The facilities were clean and accessible. The security is the perfect combination of strictness and privacy. The whole process was streamlined, efficient, and made great use of modern technology. Thank you ExtraSpace storage for supporting me in the biggest move in my life. If I have storage needs in my new state, or anywhere for that matter, ExtraSpace will be my first option, and they receive my highest recommendation.

Getting in and out of the facility was a breeze, they even have an app that opens the gate with your smartphone! And one of my favorite parts of this facility is the green approach to energy. The whole place is run on solar energy! So, for those environmentally conscientious customers, this is the place for you. I don't typically write reviews on storage units, but I really had a great experience with these guys. The price is maybe slightly more than market, but to me, very worth it. And if they still have the 2nd month free deal, then it's a steal!

Update, still awful. I sent in all the paperwork for the break in at the beginning of December for…read morethe insurance. I asked them 3-4 times if they got it and they said yes and they submitted it. Over a month later on Jan 13th they finally told me they never sent in my insurance claim and they don't even have it so I had to resend it. They told me the claim finally got approved and the check will be here in 10-14 days. It's been 26 days and I still have nothing. My unit got broken into sometime in October and I still have not gotten my insurance payout because these people have no clue what they are doing, they pretended like they help but do nothing, and they honestly screw over the customers. I've talked to a lot of other renters and everyone I have talked to has been treated poorly by these people. Almost every conversation includes I'm looking for a new place. The gates and doors are broken all the time so I find homeless and other people who shouldn't be there. The amount of times I've seen someone trying to steal a bike out front or something is crazy. They've also messed up my card payments 3-5 times. I have auto pay and have always had money on my cards, yet somehow every few months I get an email saying thanks for finally paying and there was a late fee added. They even sent me emails that they cut off my own lock and put their lock on because "I missed a payment." Honestly it's taking everything in me not to go in and curse these awful individuals out. They still have not fixed their shit and they decide to throw more shit on me all of the time. I am so fucking over it. Once they finally give me my couple thousand, I'm probably going to find a new place too. Awful awful awful. Honestly they have seriously damaged my financial well being because of all this. They told me my claim was in in December so I bought my stuff back, it was over $6K stolen because they said they check would be there in a few weeks. Now it's been 3 months and still no check and my bank is still way lower than it should be because I used all my savings. I hate GreenBox. Not to mention, they also refused to let me use the truck when I moved in and they said that's free.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere…read more I have been paying for my storage unit every single month, on time, yet I have been denied access to my belongings for over seven months. Despite fully complying with my rental agreement, the company has failed to uphold its most basic obligation, allowing me access to the unit I pay for. When I first attempted to access my unit after renting it, I discovered that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a combination padlock. There was no employee on-site to explain what happened. After leaving multiple voicemail messages over four days, someone finally returned my call and told me the original lock had been broken and replaced with a combination lock. However, despite repeated requests, I was never given the combination, leaving me completely locked out of my own property. Over the past seven months I have: Called the facility countless times. Left numerous voicemail messages. Sent multiple emails. Contacted customer service and upper management. Visited the facility in person more than ten times. The result? Nothing. No meaningful response. No solution. No access to my belongings. To make matters even worse, the company continued to accept my monthly payments while refusing to provide access to the unit. They also dramatically increased my monthly rent without notifying me. When I rented the unit, my monthly payment was $29.99. My most recent bill was $274.00, an increase of more than 800%. Charging customers hundreds of dollars while preventing them from accessing their own property is unacceptable. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability from customer service or upper management. I reached out to corporate leadership and received no response whatsoever. It appears that once they have your money, customer service simply stops. I have never experienced customer service this poor. If you value access to your belongings, honest communication, or responsive management, do yourself a favor and choose another storage company. I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
