If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Made all my payments. Then scheduled my move out, and…read moremoved out of my unit. I've since moved away, but these people continue to call me and ask for money because I left one of their generic locks on the unit. They pretend that they don't have the means to remove it, while also pretending that I haven't moved out of the unit. They continue to harass me for money, while threatening to sell the contents of my unit, even though there's nothing in there because I moved out lol. Unprofessional amateurs.

They increase prices for no reason. I went from paying less tahn 100/month to over 160/month. I've been trying to move my stuff since Dec 15th and cant get all my stuff out because the elevator is broken and wont be fixed until FEB. So basically my stuff is being held hostage and they are threating me with collections to pay the bill but I cant get my appliances out the unit. This place is RAGGEDY AND FILTHY, the bathroom is DISGUSTING, trash all over the place, the carts are never available, and I believe people are living there. There is no reason for rate increases if you aren't taking care of the property. I've been waiting on the propertymanager to call but all I got was collection calls. Even their insurance provider is TRASH. My unit was burgularized in Oct and my claim still isnt processed. YEP, my unit was broken into and trashed and their response was to increase my rate. Got to love customer service. Please DO NOT waste your time and money at this location. It hasnt done nothing but cost me money

Not that you…read morecan't rush your vendors to fix the flooding problem of the backed up drains on entire property is a quote from Lila the district trainer because the district manager Kelly Cyr didn't have time for me at all. Her Linkedin account has a quote the most respectful thing you can do is listen to a person. Complained to corporate a month ago. When it rains it floods. Water up to your knee where the drains are. 50 units each direction are inaccessible every time it rains. Every row even across the back row the manholes are underwater. Have video of power cords going down into the drains underwater so they are aware it's an ongoing problem. Don't get me started on the idiots who drive through there after the rain. Water waves going high as the roof. The owner doesn't reach out to you. It's a shame we pay their insurance policy or use our own to store things here or you can't get a unit. Pay your rent pay your insurance and best of luck with a claim. Told Lila if my stuff is damaged I will take legal action. Her reply "Do what ya have to do" provide a safe secure storage facility all around. Do what ya say. This has been a problem for at least 7-9 months is what I was told. So if you store here check your unit. If it hasn't flooded by the clogged drains it has flooded by the people driving thru making big waves. Honestly I'm not the type of person to post negative things. I'm a very respectful person but Disrespect of my household items and my personal self and hundreds of others at this facility I will speak up for them. Ty and Autumn are excellent employees going above and beyond with everything I'm sure struggling to do their own jobs when the bad weather comes in and floods. I will post flood pics but I'm certain they will be removed like the others I posted on the actual site for this location. It's going to rain all week. June 2nd to the 6th 2025. Don't believe my review stop by and see the drain problem for yourself. I will gladly remove all the negative feedback left once you address the problem. Reach out to people when they have questions or concerns. It took 4 days to here from Lila the district trainer. These pics are 2 days after the rain had stopped just last week. It is much worse and deeper during the storms. Water is 6 inches on the sides where the units are and at least 14 inches at the center where the drain is.

Update: I was contacted by Kelly, the District Manager, and she was tremendously nice and…read moresympathetic to my issue. She connected me to another location. The manager of the new location called, was reassuring and absolutely wonderful. I will update again once I actually sign the lease. Made an online reservation yesterday 9/29 and the reservation stated that the reservation was good until 10/13. Received a call from the "store manager" the next day and asked if I wanted to see the unit. I agreed that that would be a good idea since I've never rented a storage unit before and we scheduled for the same day. I couldn't make the tour and was told by the "store manager" that they don't adhere to the reservation date as stated and the "store manager" has the final say on the date you have to sign, so I HAD to rent by the next day. Obviously, there are too many options available around town to be bullied into a storage rental by a "store manager", but she was COMPLETELY  rude in the process like she was doing me a favor by accepting my money.
