I want to thank Jessica and Grace for going above and beyond to help me secure the Right storage unit for our needs. They worked with me to overcome technical difficulties and got me the best price possible for renting the 10x20 storage unit. Customer service is a hard environment to work in sometimes. Nowadays with the economy, it can be especially hard. Jessica and Grace are the definition of exemplary customer service. Thank you ladies for all of your help, and jumping through all the hoops with me. read more

I would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from this company to look elsewhere. I have been paying for my storage unit every single month, on time, yet I have been denied access to my belongings for over seven months. Despite fully complying with my rental agreement, the company has failed to uphold its most basic obligation, allowing me access to the unit I pay for. When I first attempted to access my unit after renting it, I discovered that my personal lock had been removed and replaced with a combination padlock. There was no employee on-site to explain what happened. After leaving multiple voicemail messages over four days, someone finally returned my call and told me the original lock had been broken and replaced with a combination lock. However, despite repeated requests, I was never given the combination, leaving me completely locked out of my own property. Over the past seven months I have: Called the facility countless times. Left numerous voicemail messages. Sent multiple emails. Contacted customer service and upper management. Visited the facility in person more than ten times. The result? Nothing. No meaningful response. No solution. No access to my belongings. To make matters even worse, the company continued to accept my monthly payments while refusing to provide access to the unit. They also dramatically increased my monthly rent without notifying me. When I rented the unit, my monthly payment was $29.99. My most recent bill was $274.00, an increase of more than 800%. Charging customers hundreds of dollars while preventing them from accessing their own property is unacceptable. What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of accountability from customer service or upper management. I reached out to corporate leadership and received no response whatsoever. It appears that once they have your money, customer service simply stops. I have never experienced customer service this poor. If you value access to your belongings, honest communication, or responsive management, do yourself a favor and choose another storage company. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. read more

Title: Unacceptable Auction Process & Lack of On-Site Staff I recently won a storage auction through Public Storage, and the experience was extremely frustrating due to poor staffing and lack of operational support. The auction ended around 12:30 PM, but there were no employees available on-site after 1:30 PM, despite the fact that auctions can extend due to last-minute bidding (with time resets). This creates a major disconnect -- auctions are still active, but staff are no longer present to support buyers. After arriving about an hour after the auction ended, I was unable to access the property or complete payment because no one was available. I called multiple times, left voicemails, and even contacted corporate -- with no immediate resolution. Eventually, I received a callback around 3 PM and was told to go to a different location just to make payment. This adds unnecessary complications, especially considering the following common issues: Gate access codes not working Units still locked with incorrect or missing combinations Delays requiring employee assistance (which is unavailable) Each of these issues can easily add 15-30 minutes per problem, and without staff on-site, they become major roadblocks. On top of that: The unit must be cleared out within 48 hours The process is cashless only Buyers may have to make multiple trips just to gain access This results in wasted time, fuel, and unnecessary frustration. In my case, this could easily turn into 6+ hours of driving and coordination just to access a unit I already paid for. Public Storage is clearly understaffing locations and stretching employees across multiple properties, which directly impacts customers. If auctions are going to run with extended bidding windows, there must be guaranteed on-site support after closing. Otherwise, this system is unfair to buyers. Until this is addressed, I cannot recommend participating in Public Storage auctions. read more

Increased my rent $100 per month over about 8 months. Lame. The storage is fine, but then they try to nickel and dime you by charging more for 24x7 access. read more

This place is horrible! Do Not store anything here! They let stuff get stolen(probably an inside job) then refuse to give video footage? seems fishy. What are you trying to hide? Even with police involved they are against being helpful to a paying customer. Shady stuff going on here. Avoid this place there are plenty of other safe and honest options in the area! read more

We've used this location twice--once in the wake of a move, and once during a home renovation. Both times, we appreciated the convenience, cleanliness, and security of the facility. Cindy is a friendly, knowledgeable property manager who goes out of her way to be helpful. Love the app, too! Will definitely return when we need temporary or long-term storage. read more

I moved to this storage facility from another nearby that significantly raised the monthly rent. When searching for a new storage facility, I spoke with Cindy and she was incredibly informative and helpful. In addition to the rent at PS being much more reasonable, Cindy was so great and help sell the location to me. So many storage facilities to choose from in this area, it really helps to have an onsite manager that you trust and know. read more

Be careful what you sign up for. They send you an email for one price and charge another. Also trying to get a response back is ridiculous from anyone there. It took two months to get my account straightened out when they made the mistake. The customer service is horrible! Very disappointed! read more

Cindy is great and always reminds me if I forget to pay. They always greet me at the gate with a smile :)

I do not like the manager at this Public Storage facility. She is not helpful, unprofessional, and just plain nasty. I explained that our renter's insurance covered our items in the storage unit but she continued to harass me about the Public Storage renter's insurance. She mentioned that my renter's insurance policy does not cover mice/rats or water damage so I should continue to keep the outrageously expensive Public Storage insurance. Oddly enough, the Public Storage insurance does NOT cover mice/rats or water damage like she said it did. The manager is a liar! read more

Very nice facility. Employees are nice and know their business. I recieved a phone call from Cindy one afternnon, informing me that I had locked my unit incorrectly. I was happy that she had noticed my mistake, and I immediately went over to re-lock my unit. Not sure many people would notice something that small, yet so important. Thank You Cindy and all the employees at P.S. I will be back when I need more room at home again!! read more
