This is not just a fluke, it is corporate policy, so beware if you are renting long-term from Storquest... you have no idea and no control over what your rate will be in month 5 and beyond.

When I moved out he was so kind and generous as well. Access to the area was always very easy, the units are cleaner than you'd ever expect from a self storage facility and the prices are extremely reasonable. We had an indoor non-climate controlled unit but the units are built so well I would have guessed it was actually climate controlled.
